Absolutely appalling service. Went there for dinner with a reservation four adults with a 1 year old child. We all waited at the front for almost 15 minutes while servers walked by and did not acknowledge us or tell us that someone would be with us shortly. Finally someone came over and seemed shocked that we had a reservation. This staff member left and then got on the phone for another 15 minutes while we continued to stand and wait in the front. Finally 30 minutes after arriving we sat down at the table. The food was good. No complaints there. We had to flag down the server on a number of occasions to ask for simple things like - napkins or more water. We waited nearly 30 minutes after our meal was done and still no one came to the table to offer the dessert menu. Finally, I walked up to the front and found our server drinking coffee and I asked our server if we could please see the dessert menu. We had asked the server to pack up our leftovers to take home. The server returned with the pasta in a to-go box. We asked where the pizza was and the server apologized and said they threw it out, and didn't realize we wanted it.

After dessert was finished and our plates clean we again waited nearly 30 minutes for anyone to come and give us the bill. I had to leave the table and again find the server to ask for our bill. For the entirety of this awful experience they gave us the dessert for free.

We just moved to Lachine, and I would truly never go back to this restaurant because of how terrible the service was collectively. Not just one server but the entire staff - from the moment we walked in being ignored by multiple staff without so much as a "hello, someone will be with your shortly," the rude staff who seated us, and the absent server at dinner, and the measly offer of free dessert for the entire experience a quarter of our pizza thrown out.
