DO NOT GO HERE. worst restaurant experience i’ve ever had! we ordered off the kids menu because we didn’t want to spend $200 . my sister ordered a burger with ceasar salad.... the ceasar salad off of the kids menu is kale with some sad bacon-pieces. if i could rate negative stars i would. the food was terrible and small overpriced portions. $10 for a single chicken strip that came with gravy at an extra $3 .... the gravy bowl was bigger then the chicken strip. i ordered a grilled cheese sandwich for $10 and it was two wrinkly pieces of bread with a sliver of cheese stuffed in between. their cheese selection platter is $17 and believe it or not tasted worse than the $10 kale. all in all the food was overpriced, flavourless and you can see the overpriced menu i...

Horrendous customer service. Although the sign says "wait to be sitted", I was standing there for a couple of mins (along with other waiting), making multiple eye contacts with the two waitresses that were roaming around, neither of them even bothered to acknowledge our presence. In the end I walked straight to the bar, and was finally greeted by the waiter at the bar. While reading the menu, I asked why no one ever came to check the customers waiting outside, the Aussie waitress pretty much gave me an eyeroll and said "we are under-staffed". Sure, but at least acknowledge potential customer's presence, like a simple gesture with a "hold on a sec" would go a long way instead of ignoring them or giving...

I was recommended the pizza after a long day skiing, and how amazed I was at so many things. First off the service is absolutely amazing with informative staff that answered my questions on the menu and even happily remembered to move me to the dining tables from the bar in case one opened up.

The gourmet pizza was an absolute treat. The sauce and ingredients are so fresh and well made. I was even given the option to choose two of the 3 or 4 types of pizza and have a split pizza so I can try more flavors. Who would've thought there'd be such a gem of a restaurant in my hotel.

Definitely coming back here on...
