Took us 20 minutes with only 2 ladies together ordering infront if us. They ordered with the coupon book in hand. Selected there meal's off of the coupon book infront of the staff. Once he got the first sub made, the second lady was told there was only selected toppings left as they had no green peepers left ect. he said. Then he told the lady at Cash he would not be accepting her coupons for there orders because they are not participating. Based on what I saw plus the 20 min wait, needless to say it will be my very last time at this location. Which is the only subway our families eat at. We'll use to. Overall slow service, not friendly no greeting non verbal with customers and lack of communication. Just a bunch of grumpy unhappy employees. Sad. Why was the other employee hiding in the back if it took him that long to make 2 subs, he could cut up multiple containers of peppers in that time and still made it out to give them toppings they asked for at...
Read moreThe restaurant is clean enough. They used to be more expensive than any other subway in the area, but seem to have since adopted the corporate initiatives. The main area in which they fail in the most spectacular fashion is in their toppings. They count out toppings as if you are directly impacting their own personal allotment of vegetables.....My request for more onions to supplement the paltry offering that he had given me was met with a blank stare almost as if I had been speaking some foreign tongue. I asked for more twice and...he only paused to give me the aforementioned blank stare......and returned almost dogmatically to constructing my under decorated sandwich. They have burned me too many times with their miserly attempts . I will never go back there again and will instead visit the nearby deli who cuts the meat when they make your sub...or the Quiznos...
Read moreThe guy who was working (I assume the manager or owner) seemed to have a chip on his shoulder. He wasn't very approachable and was unenthusiastic to see me. Seeing how I was the only person in there, you'd think that he would have been much more pleasant to see a customer.
Anyway, the whole interaction with this man was unpleasant from beginning to end. The attitude when I said I want extra tomatoes and then he didn't put them on and I had to pleasantly remind him..Oh My! I started to wonder if the food was going to reflect the negativity. The sub, was okay but he made sure to give me the stale cookies.
Hey, maybe he was having a bad day, but I didn't create it, so don't take it out on me or your customers.
Buck up and fix your attitude because Subway's are a dime a dozen. And I'll avoid...
