Never eat at this place, they cheat people of their money. I came here to have Authentic Indian Veg Thali. Instead I was given a thali where the potato curry was just water and nothing else. When the front desk was approached they denied any help and asked me to pay and order a new one. I just wanted the potato curry to be replaced with another one so that I could finish my food at-least. They donât give a damn about their customers, all they need is money. Would not recommend anyone to this place. Standards have been declining day by day.
Update to the Owners Comment: Seriously? Such a pathetic owner you are. My behaviour was extremely respectful and you were not present at the time this happened and your staff said you a made up story. And moreover it wasnât me who spoke to your front desk it were the girls along with me who approached your front desk and had a word with your team. This clearly defines the cheap story and tactics you used to cover up your bad customer service. Get some life and come up with a better story next time. I also did not leave half buffets anywhere, I know my etiquettes, which you clearly donât know. Trying to abuse me in public? I can sue you for this non-sense you are trying to create and trying to name and shame me in public when you are at fault. I have observed your other replies as well. You are getting defensive with people who are leaving a negative review here and inturn blaming them for your bad service. You think you can use this cheap tactics to counter your negative reputation. You need to earn the respect by working on customer feedback, what was missing and why would a customer take time to leave negative feedback. Its for your good the review system is in place so that you can make it better next time they show up. You are personally attacking all the negative reviewers thinking that they are bunch of fools. I can teach you a very good lesson on how to behave and treat your customers in Canada. Donât think you can get off with these cheap counter tactics so easily and Donât ever try this...
Read moreAbsolutely poor service. Always a big fan of their food. The person served on the till (cash counter) is very very rude. She has no sense of treating a customer. She made us feel unwelcomed , no eye contact, while I was placing my order for dine in, she interrupted me 3 times saying "is that everything" . Listen to what customers are ordering, once they stop talking, then you should be saying," is that everything or do you need any help in deciding desserts".
I ignored her not to spoil my mood. once the order is placed, she right away ORDERED saying, "sit on table 1, OK" with no eye contact
I could not take this, but ignored her second time for the same reason. We are done with our main course and we joined the line to order for desserts. There were another couple infront of us in the line and this cashier right away gave them our table WITH OUT CLEANING and even without asking us if we have completed our lunch. Such an ridiculous insult.
Now I wonder if I had my lunch on uncleaned table from the previous customers and I didn't feel hygienic.
SO we decided to place the desserts for to go, Once we placed order, she once again out rightly ORDERED us saying "WAIT FOR 15 MINUTES OK, STAND IN THE CORNER".
That's when I lost my coolness. I said, say "please" in everything you speak to me. dont order of what we have to do. We are here to spend our money to get food not to hear what she says. She doesn't have any idea of what she thinks of herself, to be precise, you are there to serve customers and you get paid to do this job. This lady needs training in talking and serving. If not, you screw your customers.
to the management : If you need more details and improve your service, lets connect and I can share you one more mistake from her. She wears spectacles.
by the way, food is just...
