Honestly not impressed. First time trying out the food from here today. Super excited to try something new especially after a long day working in the Sun. Ordered a double stack burger and took it home. Opened it up and it looked amazing, the aroma was intoxicating. I picked up the burger and took a bite to find raw beef...pretty much straight up pink ground beef. Medium rare is one thing...raw is completely different. I had to take out the patties, split them apart, pop them in the microwave and throw the beef and the toppings into a tortilla to make my own dish. The first photo I posted shows the inside of the patties containing raw beef and the next is a picture of the fully cooked beef thanks to me and my microwave. The final picture is the remaining bit of my impromptu taco dish.
This proves one thing, Twisted Indian does not make fresh beef patties, they are most likely frozen, and they are not cooked long enough.
It's honestly really disappointing, if you advertise such extravagant burgers...they better be cooked through.

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Twisted Indian, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! Their unique take on Indian fusion cuisine is both innovative and delicious.
I tried the Aloo Tikki Burger, and it was a delightful blend of traditional Indian flavors with a modern twist. The aloo tikki was perfectly spiced and crispy, complemented by fresh vegetables and a tangy sauce that brought the whole dish together. The fusion of flavors was spot on, making each bite a burst of taste and texture.
The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, with a friendly staff (especially the owner) that makes you feel right at home. Whether you’re a fan of Indian cuisine or looking to try something new, Twisted Indian is a must-visit. I can’t wait to go back and explore more...

Seemed to be especially fresh as dishes were cooked in small batches and replenished as needed. Everything we tried was flavorful and hearty (most of us tried variations of the bowl, and 1 person had the black bean burger. The coffee was also liked by those who got it). And still not unpleasantly heavy on the stomach. I was satiated but not bloated. The server was warm, helpful and friendly. The seating area was nice and clean and had ample place. A lone plant (thriving, lush and green thanks to the server) added to charm. A lucky find of a place, and one I would happily stop in at...
