The way their system changed. Out of their menu, they took out some good meals out and put other weird meal. Even some existing meals from previous menu have been modified and tasted different.

I used to come here everyday (for more than a year) and they still dont consider me as their regular customer.

I like two meals in here (biggie and burrito). They dont sell burrito anymore. And everytime i asked them to make burrito for me they dont.

Today I came to here, and I am pissed off because of the way they deal with me. For so long, I order my meal with (extra fries and pay 1 dollar extra).

Today they said there is no extra fries we changed the system. They said I can order Large fries aside order but I cant make the meal's fries large.

Before: For biggie combo with extra fries ( 12.99$ tax including) and they provide 4 sauces with it.

Now: For biggie combo with large fries ( 19$ tax included) For biggie sandwitch with large fries and coke (18.05$ tax included) and ONLY TWO SAUCES AND YHEY CHARGE EXTRA IF YOU WANT MORE SAUCE.

I was their customer (i used to come minimum 5 times a week) for more than a year. But no more.

Taste is not as it was Service was not good Low respect to the regular costumer Price went up for no better taste or...

I've been supporting this business for years but after tonight no more!

I went into centrale bergham without a mask because my mask ripped. I asked the brother behind the counter for a mask and explained to him that my mask ripped. He said he ran out. I then walked over to Lokma to place an order and the girls refused me service even though I explained that my mask ripped. Another client advised that I cover my mouth and nose with my shirt which I attempted to do, to which the girls said it won't matter and said that if the guys at centrale bergham gave permission then they could serve me.

I went back to that same brother at centrale bergham and explained to him the situation. He told me "go get a mask, can't help you". His own mask was hanging below his nose and another client pointed it out. The brother behind the counter then said "my mask is falling off unintentionally" so I explained to him that my mask also ripped unintentionally! This was a very embarrassing situation in front of everyone!

I told him that he is giving me a hard time for no reason. He then said "ok then I'm not serving you nor will they at lokma!" as if he is the manager in charge. I've been supporting the business for years but from this night...

These Bergies are ALWAYS made fresh to order! You can easily tell because of the heat that emanates from the bag. It’s not extreme heat, it’s sort of a comforting warmth.

At times, you do see the occasional grease stain on the paper bag, which is more than welcome due to the flavour which it brings, however, the counter staff are very attentive to ensure a bag is not over greased with the delicious Bergie flavour so your hands don’t get dirty.

The regular sized Bergie requires two hands to hold and is quite heavy but tender. You definitely do not want to drop it. I am still astonished by how much meat and chicken they are able to pack into the bun! It is a full meal for yourself and any nearby seagulls which clean up after you.

Only gave 4 stars because I don’t think the order was as placed, ended up with a different, but still extremely wonderful Bergie!
