We used to love their briyani when they were new in the area. We always ordered from them but for the last 3 to 4 times, It was just such a waste of money. We thought that our feedback will help them give us better orders in the future but it didn’t. Today they sent us briyani that was totally burned. Anyone can get food poisoning with this. We already made a complaint on Uber eats. This is extremely frustrating because we paid for food, it’s not some kind of charity to us and even ppl don’t give bad food to charity. They are lucky that I’m not making an official complaint against their restaurant because the food they are serving to ppl is not healthy & it’s against health and restaurant regulations. Went in July 17, 2024 because it was just nearby while doing other things. I had a craving for chicken biryani. They had a few variants on the menu, and I chose the boneless 'regular' level of spice. The portion was fine, everything was ok. The spice level was a bit higher than I expected but still fine. One order served 2 adults. Is it the top biryani I've ever had? No. Was I disappointed? No. I think it was still very decent and there was nothing wrong with the preparation. This is a very small place, you can eat inside but my guess is that they do a lot of takeout instead. I ordered Tandoori Chicken Biryani. The chicken pieces were completely raw from the inside, posing a significant health hazard. This not only ruined the meal but also put my health at risk.I had no choice but to throw away the entire order.

Serving raw chicken is an extreme health hazard and a serious violation of food safety regulations. Consuming undercooked poultry can lead to serious food borne illnesses. Biryani By Box should be held accountable for endangering my health
