McDonalds — Restaurant in Owen Sound

Quality is better than quantity, and I use it lightly. I am of the age, when McDonald's was first served its first burger 🍔. Over the years I have noticed a lot of changes in the company. Some good and bad, alright getting to the point, Went to the new location of McDonald's, Ordered a big Mac combo 3 cheeseburgers 2 large fries a strawberry milkshake I think, Add a Coke. Maybe I'm going on my past experiences with the company I've always been good, But this time. I couldn't be more disappointed. There did not seem to be any organization at the drive through, Accidentally stopped at the first window, Notice there was some young guy there on a cell phone. Moved up to the second window, Place my order everything was good, Then move to the third window. And waited and waited, God my aunt call my order, Raced home To have a nice treat with my wife, Open up the packaging looked at the Burger when what the heck is this, She looked at me and said I don't know it's a big Mac right. That's what I ordered plus cheeseburgers fries somewhat of a looking interesting strawberry shake, And the simplest thing was a coke. Well we tried to fix it make it look good ate it, And then for the rest of the night felt nauseous. We don't need out very much I'm just going back with the memories of when things were good, I guess this is very long-winded. But I'm tired of the lack of quality and responsibility, That used to be a staple for a company that has grossed over billions and billions of dollars. So my recommendation to anybody that is considering to eat at this location think twice there's a swish LA down the corner the Harvey's Burger is a little better the French fries at the Burger King are nice. Welcome to the Middletown of owenstown home of the fast food locations. So this now gives you me the indication that we will no longer go back to this location because of the lack of quality and responsibility oh and to top it all up, I did not see anything professionally packed in my bag And there was a lot of Fingerprints on the buns when I received them. Yeah so yeah I'm a little p*, So you can take this review look at it all you want tell me I'm long-winded but with somebody with some experience in life, We better start working on quality...

I have tried 3 times to order food from this location and every single time there has been issues the first 2 times even though I ordered to this location as soon as it got to payment it booted me to Walmart location even though I was ordering items that they do not sell at that location. I have to go in and reorder every single time now this time for once it doesn't boot me I get it setup for pickup and even though my app says my order is ready they stated that the app doesn't work so they can't serve me my food and that I wouldn't have been charged (I just checked I was charged) I have given up on this location I was really excited when it first started and I want it clear despite being lied to by an associate (I have a feeling she was under the impression that if it didn't work it must not charge you) they have been nothing but friendly. However if your stuff doesn't work properly then clearly you aren't ready to be open. Close up and wait until your company can get their act together. Now I have no food and no money, so thanks mcdonalds. Went in at around 10:15PM as I am a night time worker. Ordered food and while I was waiting for my food I could hear an employee consistently complaining about how "People shouldn't be eating this late" and how the customers are "fat for eating at this time". This was all being said to one of her co-workers in the kitchen. She later said "These people need to go home and sleep". This behaviour is extremely rude and should be kept to themselves. Once our food was ready, the employee who was saying these things brought the food to the front counter and looked at me and said "I think this is yours" then tossed the bag on the counter and walked off. Once I got home and opened my food, it was cold, the fries I ordered were basically empty (and no fries had spilled in the bag), and the chicken I ordered looked undercooked. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonalds and I don't plan on going back unless...
