I rated one star just for the location. Unfortunately; the staff, and the restaurant manager are not friendly at all. My husband and my friends made me a birthday surprise at this restaurant yesterday. As we enter they checked our vaccination reports then got us a table outside. The weather was cold and we have kids so we asked for blankets because we know that they do offer that if you asked, the waiter didn’t get us the blankets and didn’t apologize or update us on our request. Few moments as we were served the food, the owner or May be the restaurant manager (not sure) showed up. It was around 9:00pm. He reorganized the outdoor area along with the team. He moved away the fire pit far from our table saying that this is for safety and after few more moments he came back and moved it further and lowered the fire to the min. We told him we are so cold and we were not given any blankets as promised, he said it seems all are in the laundry, we told him the kids are too cold can we at least adjust the fire pit to provide more heat, he just refused and told us you can just come inside if you want but I cannot do anything for you. So we had to move inside and asked the waiters to bring our food in because we couldn’t carry everything. Unfortunately, they just simply through everything we left on table that we asked them to carry for us. And in a very disrespectful way this manager told us , they just did with no apology! And after few minutes he said we need to check your vaccination record, the staff said that you were not checked! My husband told him they did, but he didn’t believe him and we again showed him all the reports he need to check, and again he came back after few minutes as I was trying to eat what I have to give us our bills to pay and just leave. I never saw anyone who would treat his guests in such way. We felt we are discriminated! I would not imagine a manager or an owner to act this way to his guests. I’m sorry but if it’s a nice location but with horrible staff, I would never recommend this place to anyone. With no reason we were treated very bad.
