Star Anise Grill Indian Bistro — Restaurant in Regina

WOW so amazing food☺🎉 One year ago I visited this restaurant and I am still the regular customer I am from Syria and I eat mild food and I know indian foods are spicy, I told them I eat mild food and they prepared the food the way I like mild one. I always order for pick up and whenever I have small parties at home I order from there spicially Saturday and Sunday nights. I always visit there and whenever I couldn't go there I order the food they gave me 30 minutes and I go there for pick up they prepared for me in 25 minutes. I post the pictures of the item which I ordered. Two tandoori chicken, one butter chicken and 6 garlic naan and we were four people so the quantity and the taste was very amazing so the food was enough for all of us and it was very delicious😋. And me and my friend's enjoyed a lot in Saturday night. And when I go there to pic the food aroud 9:00 pm the restaurant was full. It's been one year I visit there with my friends. The food and the service are outstanding. Don't follow my review, I highly recommend you once visit there and try the food of Star anis Grill Indian bistro. Food is absolute gross… they spoiled my bday… we went there at 8pm/ took so long to get the appetizers and after appetizers waited for 1hr 10 min for food that was so gross that we took first bite and was done. Even the server agreed that i know its taking long its just we only have one chef today which is absolutely not our problem. But still we waited and then the food, i have never eaten this kinda food in any restaurant or even at home. When we told them that we are not gonna eat this, girl said i will bring my chef here. Chef started telling us that naan bread is made of yeast nd ol as if its our first time eating naan. When we talk about other items, he just asked how long are u in regina? How does that matter? We could be a visitor although we r not. Chef was not even sry for anything even we are so polite. What he said is just get a refund. Its not just a refund u spoiled our day and u r not even sorry about it. Now i know why no one really comes in this restaurant and they have to close buffet. They permanently closes their buffet although they have wrong adv. outside...

I had an amazing experience at the Star Anise Grill Indian Bistro and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal and exceptional service. As a Kashmiri, I was blown away by the authentic flavours of their Kashmiri Rogan Josh. The tender lamb was cooked to perfection in a rich, aromatic gravy that was bursting with the traditional spices of Kashmir.

What really stood out to me, though, was the level of service provided by the staff. They were friendly and engaging, and really took the time to make sure I was enjoying my meal. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations for both food and drinks. Even during a busy evening, they managed to keep up with everyone's needs and still provided a personal touch to each table.
