[Update: Jan 26, 2025]
Their menu has a choice of 瀨粉 and 米線, both are types of noodle. 米線 rice noodle is commonly available in GVA (but labeled as 瀨粉 in menus) but not the real 瀨粉, another type of rice noodle but with different characteristics. I was finger-crossing it was the type of 瀨粉 you find in Hong Kong, the ones that are transparent and springy 彈牙 (not chewy or crunchy). I finally tried it and....Nope. that's not it, and it wasn't even close. In fact, it was exactly the same as 米線 rice noodle. Bummer.
瀨粉 doesnt exist in GVA! It is still as elusive as ever. 😅

Another good place for affordable Cart Noodles (車仔麵). Though not as cheap as Parker Place's Curries Curry House's $10 3-item Cart Noodles, it is more delicious, has more selections and side dishes, is less crowded, and is probably more sanitary. 😅
Menu doesn't show prices. Luckily, we browsed other reviews before we came and knew a ballpark figure for how much each side dish costs. No need to panic, peeps. Everything is affordable.
Each of our 3-item Cart Noodles cost $15. They tasted good. However, don't choose the "$1.25 Baby Cuttlefish." Although it is very fresh, $1.25 only gets you two tiny pieces, or 62 cents each. 🤭 It's not worth it.
Six pieces of "Deep Fried Chicken Wing" only cost $15. That works out to just $2.50 for each full wing. It's a bargain, and it was pretty good.
4 pieces of deep-fried plain tofu cost $7. It was okay.
The terminal's minimum tip is 10%. I like it! Just like Hong Kong! Not greedy. This place restored my faith to...

Read moreOne of the few Hong Kong style "cart noodles" restaurants in town. The flavours and options as well as the price tag cannot compare with Hong Kong, but for what is available, it is decent.
Cart Noodles (車仔麵) was literally noodles served from carts on the streets where there would be a few folding tables and folding chairs around the cart and you would order and pay then sit down and the cook would prepare your bowl of noodles. In some sense, it was Hong Kong fast food. Ever since Hong Kong tightened up food safety and health, cart food stalls were shut down and any remaining remnants needed to move into actual restaurant spaces.
The idea is that you order a type of noodle, and choose the toppings you want and the cook puts it together for you with the same broth. All the ingredients are marinated or prepared in advance which is where the fast part comes in. Wo Fung does their take of cart noodles and serves up a decent bowl of noodles. Portion size and flavours cannot compare with Hong Kong, but it is certainly...
