As a google local guide, I visit and sometimes reviews about places, and most (98%) of the places are very good in terms of reception of the guests. Most places start with greet and welcome and doesn't discriminate customers or delivery guy. Now for Vault Saskatoon restaurant, my previous experience was a messed up situation. However, this time I am giving this Vault Saskatoon Restaurant a 5-Star, because I actually found the persons who work there, are very good and friendly now. They understood the problems and fixed it. I highly appreciate and I honor people who agree the mistake and fix that. This is very rare these days but this restaurant is in that rare category. I have loved their attitude, and will definitely encourage people to visit there or order food from them. Ordered for Mother’s Day meal I get that it is busy. First time ordering from here cause so heard it’s supposed to be the best. Ordered at 520 ish and said it would be an hour. Phone at 620 and said it would be half hour go there half hour later and phone to see if it’s ready he says 15 minutes and I said already waiting for my food over an hour and half. Well when I went to pay for it, I am assuming the owner canceled my order, I am absolutely shocked told them I didn’t cancel trying to say I did what a bunch of bull never had I had customer service like that. Finally got some food from there took it home and was not good at all we had wonton noodle soup, cold rolls, and satay chicken noodle bowl. I walked into this place needed to pee(a crime) as I see the sign on the door in the dark thinking “WASHROOMS FOR CUSTOMERS!!!!” meant come in and pee. My bad. As I enter and ask to use the washroom I’m immediately, instantaneously, screamed at for nothing at all. Me and my sore belly quietly asked what is happening lol and he keeps yelling. I said you won’t be getting business if you talk to customers like that and exit using my foot. Another crime. He follows me out screaming like mad and I think I’m gonna get assaulted by a crazy man and get into my car, belly still aching, code red situation. My buddies watching the whole thing.
