3 stars. Pizza tasted great definitely will order again. I only gave 3 stars due to them forgetting a pizza, a drink and giving us chicken wings instead of ribs. Thankfully we ordered through uber eats and was partially refunded for the missing items as they were closed and could not re order.

** UPDATE ** Dropped down to one star as Wow Pizza contacted myself trying to make the situation better but only made it worse. Refused to send out what I paid for and wasn't refunded for unless I placed another order. Dodgy business practice trying to force another order to provide a customer with what they already paid for. Will not order again for this reason. **

** UPDATE ** Response to WOW pizza response. I was contacted when I placed the order answered the call and was hung up on attempted to call back multiple times but no answer. I understood the Uber glitch and that issue was resolved with the refund. My issue was after you called me to correct the issue you stated ;

WOW rep : Would you like us to re send out your order? Myself : Sure but just send out the missing items. WOW rep : Let me check with my manager. WOW rep : Sorry we actually aren't able to do that Myself : Ok so you can't just send out the missing items? WOW rep : Sorry you would have to place another order with a 20% discount for us to do that. Myself : Ok well then for that reason I won't order from you guys again. Have a goodnight.

So yes unless I wanted to drive down to your location to pickup the item that I paid to be delivered I wouldn't get it unless I placed another order. So I had to options that you were trying to force me into 1. Place an order to get my already paid for item or 2. Take time and gas to drive down to your location to get the item you forgot to send which is not worth that.

Before the phone call I considered the issue resolved as the partial refund was more then fair but after that call the principal of matter and how you handled the situation by forcing an order or myself to drive to your location to get an item I paid to be delivered is not a good way to go about business when there are so many pizza places in this city that would of just sent out the item. And that phone call and how it was handled is the reason I will never order from you guys again and the reason for the one star review
