Ps. I never got a response to this email and am quite upset I did not.

Dear whoever this may concern,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to provide some feedback regarding my recent visit to your esteemed restaurant, Brasa. As a frequent customer residing in the neighborhood, I have always enjoyed the warm atmosphere and the exceptional service provided by your friendly staff.

I have personally experienced the impeccable customer service and have recommended Brasa to many friends and colleagues, emphasizing the positive interactions I have had with your staff. The friendly and attentive nature of your team has always made me feel valued as a customer, which is one of the reasons I continue to visit your establishment.

However, I regret to inform you that during my last visit, I encountered a situation that left me deeply concerned. It is important for me to share this incident with you as it left a sour taste in my mouth, and I sincerely hope that such occurrences are not indicative of the way your staff members are treated regularly.

On June 15, upon entering Brasa, I noticed a significant departure from the usual warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with your restaurant. The overall atmosphere seemed tense, and the staff appeared visibly stressed and disheartened. What particularly troubled me was witnessing the rude behavior of a woman who seemed to be in charge, possibly the manager. Her treatment of the staff was shockingly inappropriate and disrespectful.

Throughout my time at the restaurant, I observed this woman berating and belittling the staff in front of customers, creating an uncomfortable and hostile environment. It was disheartening to witness the distress and anxiety it caused among the team members. Such behavior not only undermines the morale of your dedicated staff but also tarnishes the reputation of Brasa as a welcoming establishment.

I understand that the demands of managing a restaurant can be challenging, and occasional pressures can arise. However, it is crucial to address the issue of how employees are treated, as it directly impacts their motivation and ability to provide exceptional service to customers. Treating staff with respect, dignity, and professionalism is essential to maintaining a positive work environment and upholding the values of Brasa.

I genuinely value the efforts made by your staff, and I believe that they deserve better treatment and support. As a loyal customer, it is my hope that you take this matter seriously and address the behavior displayed by the woman in question. Creating a supportive and respectful work environment will not only foster employee satisfaction but also contribute to the overall success and reputation of Brasa.

Thank you for considering my feedback. I trust that you will take appropriate action to rectify the situation and ensure that the mistreatment of staff members is promptly addressed. I look forward to seeing positive changes implemented at Brasa, and I remain hopeful that my future visits will reflect the outstanding service and friendly atmosphere that I have come to expect from your...

I ordered from here via uber eats.

Ordering: done through the uber eats app.

Cost: I paid $25.75 not including tax for my meal. I got the Hot Brasa Chicken Bowl and a Matcha Picchu Greens Smoothie.

The bowl Hot Brasa Chicken Bowl included cucumber, carrots, salad, potato, red onion/shallot, chicken and rice. Unfortunately, I found the overall taste to be quite bland. The cucumber was fresh and crisp but lacked seasoning. The carrots were crunchy, added some texture but no real flavor enhancement. The salad was a generic mix, could have used a more interesting dressing. The potato was cooked well but didn't stand out. The red Onion/Shallot was slightly pungent, but didn't harmonize well with other ingredients. The rice was plain and unseasoned. The bowl was supposed to be spicy but was not and the chicken was cold, and dry. The combination of ingredients didn't come together well, and the bowl was lacking in flavor. A more robust seasoning or a flavorful sauce could have greatly improved the dish.

I also tried the Matcha Picchu Greens Smoothie. The ingredients listed are Vanilla Vegan Protein, Organic Peruvian Cacao Nibs, Matcha Powder, Almond Milk, Banana, Peanut Butter, Spinach, Vanilla. The combination of ingredients resulted in a perfectly balanced smoothie that was both nutritious and satisfying. The flavors melded beautifully, with the matcha and cacao nibs adding interesting layers to the taste profile.

Overall: While the chicken bowl was just okay and could benefit from better seasoning/sauces, the Matcha Picchu Greens Smoothie was fantastic, offering a delightful and balanced...

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the culinary wonders of Brasa, a Peruvian-style gem that left me utterly impressed. From the seamless online ordering process to the delightful in-store pickup, every aspect of my dining journey was a symphony of efficiency and flavor.

The prompt response from their social media team, added a touch of warmth to the entire experience. It's rare to find such attentiveness in the realm of customer service.

Now, let's talk about the main event – the food. The flavors that emanated from my meal were nothing short of a gastronomic masterpiece. Freshness and quality were evidently non-negotiable for Brasa. The sauces, in particular, deserve a standing ovation. Each one was a symphony of taste, elevating the dishes to new heights.

In conclusion, Brasa has earned its place as a culinary delight that I wholeheartedly recommend to everyone in search of a Peruvian feast. And now, for a touch of humor in Spanish to add a dash of personality to your review:

"Brasa no solo conquistó mi paladar, sino también mi corazón. ¡Comer aquí es como un viaje directo a la felicidad gastronómica! ¡Es tan bueno que hasta mi perro está celoso de mi comida!...

Brasa Peruvian Kitchen is a hot Peruvian take on the salad bowl. The ingredients are all either locally sourced or all the way from Peru! I had the Yellow Chili Pepper Shrimp bowl which was a spinach based salad with scrumptious yellow chili pepper shrimp as the protein, mixed in were Peruvian sweety drop peppers, Peruvian toasted corn, and golden beets. It was complimented by a unique mango tumeric dressing and a lemon wedge for a splash of citrus. I had never tried Peruvian sweety peppers before, and now count them as a favourite vegetable. They are so naturally sweet! My husband had the Hot Brasa Chicken bowl, and devoured it within seconds (even though the serving size was generous!). This bowl consisted of a mixed green salad topped with Brasa roasted chicken, mint cucumber, Panca garlic, roasted potatoes, raw shredded carrots, Peruvian salsa, and golden beets. Served with hot rocoto lime sauce. I wish I got to steal more bites of this, because the chicken was rockin'. I will definitely be ordering this the next time we visit. It's not often you find a spot that is both healthy AND delicious. We'll be back to try some more of their guilt-free bowls soon!

Superior Street Food @ Brasa **right before close on their first day back from a long weekend, so you know their busy time will be better. How? I have no idea as this experience floored me** Upgrade your fast food experience with a stop in their basement kitchen. Make no mistake, this is Peruvian food done with a flair. Flavour wise, nothing overpowers anything else (at least in the two we tried) and the textures are spot on as well! **even the raw broccoli was handled and cleaned with care** There is very little to mention as a negative other than not being able to have it every day. The flavours present in my short rib bowl were well thought out and they made the textures even more interesting. Warmth and little pops of heat. Lightly crunchy greens to clean your palate as a finish. The flavours in the marigold bowl also very much complimented each other. Feta was well cubed, and washed while the textures in the corn were fun and innovative. I will be returning and I hope you do as well!
