Walking into HomeBase Chicken was like stepping into a cozy mom and pop shop knowing something good is about to come, where the vibrant energy matches the bold flavour on offer. From the moment I entered, the cleanliness of the place struck me during the dine in establishment. The service was swift and efficient, complemented by the friendliness of the staffs, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. A shoutout to the delightful two staffs, which I believe are the owners, who served me with a smile. It's the little things like this that elevate a dining experience from good to great. The food was a standout, with the chicken skewer bites perfectly encapsulating the ideal of Korean fried chicken into bite size — thick, juicy, and coated in a mouth-watering sauce that promised flavour in every bite. The volcano and barbeque are must try flavours. Pricing felt reasonable for the quality and portions served. Whether it was the chicken skewers or the various Korean dishes on the menu, I felt the value was justified. To wrap up, HomeBase Chicken is a gem that serves up not just food, but an experience. It's a place where every detail, from the menu's design to the festive theme decor, is thought through. If you're in the mood for some great chicken skewers and Korean dishes, or if you're curious and haven't tried it yet, I wholeheartedly recommend HomeBase Chicken. It's not just a meal; it's a home run in every bite!

This Korean place has really authentic feeling from a really kind family. Service and workers are very sweet and service is good and fast. This place makes four kinds of Kimbap, and they are really delicious and fair portions. Feels just like the Kimbap I had in Korea. One surprise was that they used green beans, which is not commonly used, but the combination of the taste still felt really good. It shows the chef has good sense about weighing each ingredient and how they contribute to the taste. I’ve been a few times now and have always left satisfied. I definitely recommend this place for the fantastic Korean food, and supporting small business.

Good food good service! Got to try most of the flavours of chicken. My favourite was definitely the volcano bowl cos I like it spicyyyy. I would however get it as the gang jeong next time and order rice on the side since that dish had a much bigger portion of chicken! Service was kind enough to add in 3 free cans of coke which was a nice surprise 😊 Cheese gim bap was new to me & I enjoyed it. Only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the Tteokbokki but overall I’m glad I tried it. It was a little on the pricer side (perhaps it’s the area) but definitely worth checking out. I look forward to having it again.

I had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant during my recent visit to Toronto, and I must say that it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in with all our luggage on our first day in the city, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They even graciously allowed us to use a plug to charge our phones, which was a lifesaver after a long journey. The food at this restaurant is simply outstanding. The portions are generous, and the chicken dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and it was clear that the chefs take great pride in their craft. We were so impressed with the quality of the food that we returned for another meal, and to our surprise, the staff remembered us and greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality. One of the things that truly stood out to us was the thoughtful gesture of receiving a complimentary can of pop with our meal. It may seem like a small detail, but it made us feel valued as customers and added an extra touch of care to our dining experience. To the team at this restaurant, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for providing such exceptional service and top-notch cuisine. Your dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere and serving delectable dishes does not go unnoticed. I have no doubt that your business will continue to thrive, and I wish you all the success in the world. In conclusion, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for friendly staff, delicious food, and genuine hospitality, it is truly a gem in the city's culinary scene. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience, and I look forward to returning...
