Went there tonight with my family. I didn't try the Pho, I will next time but all the dishes we order were B+ to A. We ordered the bun bo hue, broken rice(com) with pork chop, crispy spring roll and the spicy calamari.

The bun bo hue was outstanding, the right amount of spiciness and body. One of the best broths of bbh I had in a long time, usually they are not as spicy as I like it. Only small nit pick was the lack pork blood cubes that I usually find in a bbh.

The rice with pork chop was HUGE, about 50% bigger than the plates I'm used to. Once again delicous, with a perfectly cooked fried egg with the yolk still runny. The veggies that came with were fresh and had a nice snap. They had pickled carrots and lettuce, only missing the pickled white daikon.

Crispy spring roll was just about perfect. Cooked on the inside while still moist and super crispy on the outside. Had a really nice crunch when you bit into it.

Spicy Calamari was also excellent, the batter was nice and crispy with a nice zing. The calamari itself was soft and cooked perfectly.

One of the few negatives was the broken rice, it wasn't broken rice. It was normal rice because broken rice is really hard to find right now, I know, I'm having a hard time finding it for my own family. They also forgot my sprouts/mint leaves, but got it right away after I told them. These are super minor nitpicks, don't let this deter you from coming here.

Honestly I'm giving them a 5 star rating anyways, the food was amazing, service was great and friendly, and the price was very reasonable. I would have given them 4.75 if I could but 5...

Short version: Everything was amazing except for the food and not accepting credit card.

Long version: After a stressful day, I crave comfort food, and today it was pho. As this is relatively close to work, I decided to check it out. I was encouraged (because authentic pho restaurants tend not to want to accept CCs) but hesitant when I saw the cash or debit only sign. The servers inside kindly told me there was no minimum I had to spend to use my debit card, for which I was grateful.

I was seated in a dining room with modern decor, kept incredibly clean, and given an easy to navigate menu with items described in English, Vietnamese, and Chinese. The servers were super sweet, even helping me when I struggled to connect to WiFi. The atmosphere, service, and cleanliness here are top notch.

However, I care more about the food. I ordered the regular sized Pho Dac Biet, which is $10. The size was smaller than usual for the price. I got a measly 2 slices of beef, 1 piece of tripe, 1 piece of tendon, and 2 tiny beef balls. The broth tasted like something out of a can, completely lacking in depth of flavor. It filled me up, but it was not pho-nomenal.

I would recommend this place to introduce pho to people that have high expectations for service and cleanliness, but not for people looking for serious flavor at an...

This place used to be a great place with quality food. Unfortunately they have gone downhill for a while in food quality and service and I cannot recommend it anymore.

The waitresses are super rude, negligent and care least about you or your order. Once seated you are on your own to get their attention and good luck! No drinks or water was offered until we asked for a few times. They got our order wrong (wanted less noodle in my pho, they made a mistake with my friend’s instead which was different ingredients. When asked, she said just just put some noodles of yours in the other bowl! Unbelievable as the two dishes didn’t even have same meat and we can’t make up Fort he mistake of the kitchen on our own!)

They served the pho with no sprouts or basil, we were almost done when I asked and they did not even bother saying sorry! The food has lost its quality indeed (this place used to be our favorite). With latest visit, the pho is super bland and meat amount is way less then before.

I am a very patient person and never leave a negative review, am understanding of the strain Covid ha out on restaurant staff, but this was way unexpected and beyond disrespectful. I hope someone in their management pays attention and care for the reputation and quality of this restaurant. It is unfortunate as we won’t go back...

I recently tried Pho Saigon for the first time and I have to say, it was amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere, and the friendly and attentive staff. The food was the highlight of my experience - the pho was simply delicious. The broth was rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of spices. The meat was tender and cooked to perfection, and the fresh herbs and vegetables added a wonderful texture and flavor to the dish. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of food that was served. I also appreciated the quick service and the fact that the food arrived at our table piping hot. Overall, I would highly recommend Pho Saigon to anyone who is a fan of Vietnamese cuisine. The food is outstanding, the service is top-notch, and the prices are very reasonable. I can't wait to go back and try more of their dishes!

Pho Saigon serves excellent food, but the dining experience is disrupted by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. The flavors are rich, the broth is well-balanced, and the portions are generous—everything you’d want from a good Vietnamese restaurant. However, the atmosphere is anything but relaxing. One staff member was yelling across the food window so loudly that it echoed throughout the room, making it hard to enjoy the meal. On top of that, whenever dishes were being prepared or cleaned, there was constant banging, which was jarring and disruptive. It took away from what could have been a pleasant dining experience. If the management addressed these issues and improved the professionalism of the staff, Pho Saigon could easily be a top-tier spot. Until then, it’s a great place for takeout—but if you’re looking for a calm dine-in experience, you might want to reconsider.
