I am absolutely appalled. I just went in for lunch because I normally love this pizza. I am standing in line to pick a slice, and I see a huge regular fly AND a big fruit fly crawling ALL OVER every single slice on two of the pizzas beside each other. I politely told the lady working who was serving the pizza and doing the cash, and right away she got very defensive and rude. She went over to the pizzas and She said “oh yeah, where is the fly??” And I told her it flew away but had crawled literally all over the whole time I was standing in line I was watching. She laughed right in my face and then walked away and asked another customer if they’d like to be served. I asked her, “are you not going to throw the pizza away?” And she said “nope, there’s nothing I can do about it” and I could not BELIEVE IT. I will be reporting this to the Canada health association and I WILL make a big deal out of this because this is disgusting and DANGEROUS. This woman should be fired and I need to know something has been done about this if you would not like me to report you. I think the customers have a right to not be served pizza that had flies all over it. There could be particles of feces all over what people are being served. I understand you can’t always prevent it but when someone literally POINTS IT OUT to you to help, and nothing is done about it, that is disgusting and completely horrible. This was Wednesday December 5th at 3:30 pm so please find out who was working at this time and I hope to god this wasn’t a manager. I will be sending an email as well.
To top everything off, I clearly chose to not eat here, however I was meeting someone here and waiting for them, so I had to sit and wait and the whole time she kept talking to employees who did delivery and laughing and pointing towards me. Unacceptable. I will never set foot in here ever again and this place should be shut down. Thanks for ruining my day!

I give it a 2/5 because you're either getting a pizza you really enjoy or something that is poorly made and not worth the price tag.
As a pizza lover, I tend to order from different places on a regular basis. I've tried many times with this location, but I am likely officially done with it. It's much too inconsistent and we just threw out a whole pizza because the bacon was bad.
Smelled awful, tasted awful, and removing the bacon couldn't undo the damage. We don't think it was rotten, we assume the pig was butchered too late, which typically results in the odour/taste apparent.
It should have been noted by the person making the pizza because the smell is immediately obvious. Instead, we've had to waste this food...

Had ordered pizza online today and received a call over 30 minutes past the time of the order to inform me there was no vegan cheese available for our order. (10 mins before the arrival time). The delivery was 35 minutes past the time of order, on top of it. Last time I had ordered, it was late as well. Today, the pizza arrived very cold, and therefore not enjoyable. I usually don't leave negative feedback, but it really just sucks that our local can't hit the mark when our house is a fan of Pizzaiolo. Unfortunately, I think this was our last attempt. Best of luck to the restaurant, and hope that they are able to elevate their customer experience in the future. Two stars because we really do normally...
