Iām a long-time customer of Tim Hortons, but I must say, my recent experience was beyond disappointing. I ordered my usual coffee, expecting the warm, comforting taste that Tim Hortons is known for. Instead, what I received was a cup of lukewarm, borderline cold coffee that left me questioning the quality control at this location. First off, the service was slower than usual, and when I finally got my coffee, it was far from fresh. I could tell just by holding the cup that it wasnāt hot, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt, hoping it was just cooling down a bit. Unfortunately, one sip confirmed my worst fear: the coffee was cold. Not just ācooled offā ā it tasted like it had been sitting around for quite a while before being served to me. The rich aroma and bold flavor that I usually look forward to were completely absent, replaced by a stale, watery taste that was utterly unsatisfying.I wouldnāt have minded asking for a fresh cup, but by that time, I had already left, thinking it would get better. It didnāt. I paid for a premium coffee experience and got a subpar, barely drinkable cup instead. For a brand as big as Tim Hortons, one would expect the basics to be handled right ā like serving hot coffee when you ask for it.To say Iām disappointed would be an understatement. Iāve had great experiences here before, but this particular visit left a bad taste in my mouth literally. ( one Breakfast for $1.99 and 2 medium drinks for $3 ) but the lady at cash told me I can only use one copun not two, I got surprised that I want to redeem 2 copuns for 2 person and she doesn't let us to do that, I told her this is not right to send promotions to our door and now not accepting copuns, in that time another employee involved and said you can only redeem one. Finally I didn't use copuns and gave it to them and I ordered 2 Breakfast sausage combos, and then I asked them to talk to manager, few times they told me she is busy and she can not talk to you , I told them I will wait, after 5 min manager came and I told her that your staff do not accept 2 copuns for 2 people and right away she told me, they can do 2 separate transactions and cashier could redeem both, and she told me she will talk to her staff, she did nothing else, I was not happy with their customer service, unprofessional staffs, looks like non of them hasn't got proper training. From the moment I walked in, her warm smile felt like a cozy blanket on a cold day. She greeted me as if I were a long-lost friend, which was great because Iād just had a rough morning. I half-expected her to hand me a cup of coffee with a side of motivational quotes!
When I fumbled my order and accidentally said āextra whipped creamā instead of āno whipped cream,ā Dikshaya just chuckled and said, āWe all have our moments!ā She suggested a drink that sounded delicious but might as well have been a spell from Harry Potter. I took the leap, and wowāmy taste buds threw a party!
