Warraich Meats - Finch — Restaurant in Toronto

I don't even know where to begin but I will start with the girl who works the register and the guy behind the counter looking at me and speaking in there language gigling was a very uncomfortable experience and at that point I was thinking about leaving which I definitely should have ... so I decided to get the chili chicken combo out of pure temptation even seeing that dishes were all pretty much empty and unstirred with a ridiculous amount of oil surfacing to the top ... yet just do to the pure awkward feeling of them staring at me like they have never seen a white person eat curry or Indian food at that ... Indian food is probably one of my favorite cuisines when it's done right but I still went ahead and ordered despite seeing the condition of the trays ... the food had to be fro days ago the chili chicken was dry as could be and the rice was even worse ... roughly 17 dollars later with Naan which was amazing and a pop I left there with a tray of old food that consisted of a few pieces of chicken and a huge portion of sauce totally unproperly portioned . My over all experience was horrible at best ... the customer service was even worse ... how do you enter an establishment as a customer and not even get a hello or a how are you or anything at that ... they stood there gigling and very unhelpful ... they have pictures up that do not match the food items and understanding the rather large menu was not enjoyable either ... I am actually a regular there for there fresh meats and that has seems to go down hill since they opened this location also ... definitely will not be returning wok of Asia is next store they actually cook there food fresh better of to stick to that ... combos are 10 dollars drink included ... Warraich meats left me with a stomach ache and was a very poor zero star experience except for the Nann and pop ... horrible customer service and very unprofessional...

I barely do reviews, but this one I have to open your ears for. When I went to this location a first few times, it's was alright. The food is not bad; it’s the people who serve it sucks. I’ve tried so many times and politely asked the server/cashier, “ hey, I don't want this item, can I replace it for something else,” the girl always says the same thing and does not let me substitute items. I can go to other places and get different items replaced but this location just sucks. By far one of the worst places I thought I could be at. When the cashier sees that you are trying to get a good deal, she charges you double or more instead of giving the customers a good deal. If you’re really hungry I suggest you go some place else. They deliberately make you wait thirty minutes (30 mins) because they don’t do their jobs properly. Even if you call ahead of time you will still wait that long. This location at highway 27 and finch is one of the ridiculous place I’ve ever ordered food at. This is my first review after few years of reviewing. (Please someone do something to change...

Its a shame I have to leave a bad review because the food itself is usually good to great, and the prices are great value also.

The customer service is absolutely abysmal and its obvious from the high cashier turnover. Like others have said, phone orders are never on time, the staff is rude and does a terrible job at the most basic tasks.

The cashier runs into problems with 3/5 customers that come into the store for the most simple orders. I see this happen to customers everytime while im there waiting ( which is a lot since they are never on time ) and the cashier is confused or uncommunicative to most of the customers that come in with such basic orders or pickups.

For most people its hard to just walk in, order and pay. A robot devoid of any customer service would at least get the job done right. The staff usually go above and beyond to make sure that they are rude and that your business is an inconvenience to them, id rather a vending machine for customer service.
