Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Nanton

The food is amazing however the guy who prepared my order took 45 minutes to prepare it oh my god. I only order Bacon cheesebread and a Papa Bites. That was yesterday, June 16, 2025 at around 7:30pm.

I got a notification in my email that it is ready (waited 15 minutes) so I went inside as it says “ready to pickup”. The guy who is preparing it said “10 more minutes” then after that I came back, I asked if it is ready he never respond at all. I repeated my question 3x but he is the phone talking to someone? He did not wash his hands at all after that. So I waited for another 25 minutes. So when it is ready, he said it is not yet paid but I paid it tru online. So I need to check it again and took me like almost 1 hour there.

The other customer before me had the similar problem. I wasted my 1 hour there. Not sure if the food is...

Great family run franchises super nice people there fan of the Okotoks and nanton locations. This post had a 5 starr from last year .

As you can see normally very happy with this location not sure if it's just gone under new management or has new staff but had the worst pizza ever this evening, dry no topping not impressed sadly order in at 7:30 pm shouldn't mean you throw the pizza together if you don't want to make pizzas after 7pm then close at 7!

Would be nice to have some communication back from management, this is a small town and we don't have many options but we do for pizza! I will order elsewhere if you don't...

Pretty sure they served us frozen pizza from a box. The cheese I'm fairly certain the cheese was fake as it was meted but not really melty. Real cheese is stringy when melted. It was dry, even though we requested and paid for extra sauce. Save your money and DO NOT waste your money.
