We were excited to try this nicely located restaurant but the second we walked up to the second floor the server was extremely rude and literally ignored us. So we stood there, then a different couple came up behind us and got greeted first then got sat first and then we had to ask if we could get sat and she barely acknowledged us. We, like everyone else, wanted to sit outside and a couple was getting up so we asked her (sadly) and she said the couple that came in after us already asked for it. So we asked why and she said “because”.... okay...obviously we were unwelcome for reasons unknown to us so we left. It might not seem like a big deal but if you’re in the service industry (which we are!!) and expect to get tips, you need to be nice to your customers, and other places nearby have better views with better and happier service.
