Pret A Manger Pacific Place Shop — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

Had a sudden craving for Wraps recently so resorted to Pret A manger!!!There were two I was choosing from and it was Peking Duck or Chipotle Chicken with Avocado.

In the end I got the duck because Pret does an improved version of the Hong Kong ones!!!

Obviously it is much bigger and crammed with salad, but the best thing was the duck, it was skinless and pure lean tender soft duck meat.

It had hoisin sauce, purple onions, baby spinach and cucumber which all gave it that scrumptious peking duck taste!!

Yet another example of how a decent chain can degrade rapidly.. Prices are constantly rising with sizes of the sandwiches and portions are constantly decreasing to ridiculous amounts at this point! Yogurt bowls are now filled just to half with the price almost doubled within 3 years! Leaving 2 stars only because staff is always nice and welcoming and it's not their fault their bosses are...

Pret has always maintained a steady decent level of coffees. This ice latte taste burnt and as a regular I immediately spot the difference.

Recommend the owner to look into this, as staff said beans have changed but for sure the staff just didn’t bother to grind new beans just reusing from the last one he used.
