Picoso — Restaurant in Kowloon

I read several Google reviews, some say the food is delicious and worth trying, some say the restaurant didn't open when they arrived and they ended up leaving. I didn't think I would be one of the 'lucky ones'...I made the reservation for 6pm, arrived on the dot, and the restaurant was closed! Called them, they said, 'we have always opened at 6:30pm, I'm pretty sure you made the booking for 6:30pm as well.' I looked down at my phone, pretty sure my eyesight is working fine, and the booking is at freaking 6pm...Even on Google it says they are open! 20 minutes later they call me back, asked me where did I make the reservation since they couldn't find it on their system, I said Google, they replied, 'Oh, we have stopped using the Google/Openrice booking system.' 🤯 Then why is the booking button still on Google...😅

Moral of the story, I should have checked on IG for operating hours instead and whoever is planning to visit the restaurant, DO NOT BOOK...

The price for 1 quesadilla and 1 burrito was over $300 for lunch, we were expecting large portion for that price, it was our mistake. The quesadilla sold at $155 is not even the size of an half quesadilla you can find at CaliMex for half the price, plus we ordered chorizo quesadilla, but it was filled in with pepperoni, and without cheese. Same story for the beef burrito, for $150 you expect a large and filled rolled. But the only ingredients you could find were beef, corn and onions. No beans nor rice… I won’t recommend this place unless you are ready to...

It's a really small restaurant at the very end of the corridor of 1/F. Tips: don't come an hour before they close, because once the restaurant is full, they won't welcome you anymore. I was shocked when I was standing at the door and after 20 seconds, the waitress standing at the other end finally noticed my presence and came to me and told me that the restaurant was full but didn't further tell me what's going on.
