Initially, I had rated Crepes & Waffles as 5 stars since the waiters were very kind and helpful, seeking customer satisfaction. However, I was attended very badly today. This C&W location is not too big and therefore usually crowded on weekends and sometimes for lunch too. However, if you find a seat, service is good and quick, food is good as usual in C&W, and prices are not as cheap as they used to be but are still good. Es increíble cómo los restaurantes de Crepes and Waffles logran mantener los altos niveles de ventas y las filas de gente esperando una mesa. Me parece increíble porque el servicio al cliente es realmente malo.

La posibilidad de encontrar una mesera o una cajera amable es cercana a cero. Pasa en absolutamente TODOS los locales en todas las ciudades.

Me queda la duda si prestar un pésimo servicio hace parte de su código de formación y ética.

La comida es rica, nada especial ni espectacular, pero, a pesar de todo, la gente hace filas de media hora para comer aquí sabiendo que hay 100 opciones mejores por el mismo presupuesto.

He ido a comer apenas unas pocas veces recientemente y he ido obligado porque tengo eventos o reuniones con clientes que piden ir allí. Si fuera por elección mía no volvería, la decepción al salir es siempre la misma.

NO LO RECOMIENDO y conozco bastante gente que opina lo mismo, aunque la gran mayoría siga haciendo la fila para que los traten mal y dejarles el dinero de la cuenta.
