Rústika Pizzería Artesanal Alemana — Restaurant in Itagüí

I had a very bad experience here last night unfortunately! I understand the place was busy but we Waited about 15 minuets for the menu in the end we had to ask for it. We got the food it was very good but they had no napkins! I then had to ask for the bill twice it finally came then we waited for the waiter to collect the the money she never came so we flag a waiter down and asked if she could take my payment she never came back, In the end I sent my girlfriend to the cashier I watched her stand there for 5 minutes while most the staff stood there literally talking to each other! so I got up and went over and as soon as I got there they decided to process the payment. I got my girlfriend to translate that this was unacceptable service. I have been in Colombia for over 2 months and this was the worst service I have ever had. We were there for about 2 hours to eat pizza! crazy! I HOPE THE OWNER SEES THIS!!!! Great pizza, terrible service. You stand in line outside in the parking lot, get a menu to order from once at the head of that line, then they don't seat you until the pizza is ready. 4 2-tops and 3 5+tops open for over 40 minutes on this busy Fri. night. No one gets seated or drinks until the pizza is cooked. It sucks. Different combinations of pizzas to select. My favorite is the Taxista which is a pizza with ham, tomatoes, cheese, fried egg and onions. Bigotes is worth visiting and it is a great place for groups.
