Jensens Bøfhus — Restaurant in Hillerød Municipality

Terrible experience with obnoxious and rude staff especially the manager and waiter called Steffen. Waited patiently with 4 small toddlers to be sat at a table only to be ignored by on a number of occasions - granted it was a busy time but a hello or even simple acknowledgement from one member of staff could've been given. After informing the waiter he continued to be rude without any apology given. Refused to dine here after this experience and even heard laughter from the staff as we left. Would not recommend - especially travellers with kids as there are plenty of other options to dine nearby with much friendlier service. Awful people, I wouldn't even want to give 1 star but...

Slow service. I ordered the all you can eat Ribs but the didn't teast as good as the one's you can buy at the supermarket and cook at home (also from Jensens just way cheaper) The one's served at the restaurant are very dry and missing the distinctive Barbecue sauce that gives them there distinctive taste. Plus it doesn't make sense in my opinion to have an all you can eat dish on the menu but when you order your second round you only get plain ribs no fries or anything else 🤔 Don't waste your money on this joint if it's Ribs you're after and you're in Hillerød I can Recommend "Rib House" they have great and fast service and there ribs are juicy...

Meat is quite expensive especially in the afternoon. Vegetables are from a big cooler factory and NOT fresh. VERY noisy place. You may NOT sit in a less noisy room because the waitresses have to use more time on serving you if you do not sit close to the kitchen. Jensens claims to be cheap. True only in one of the big campaign periods. How the young girls working there can be so friendly and calm in the noisy crowd is beyond my imagination. Despite all this I am told there are even worse Jensen places than this one...
