My experience at The Nautilus seafood restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. Located in the old town part of Tallinn, the restaurant benefits from a captivating environment with stunning architectural views in the neighborhood.

Seafood and grill restaurant at the heart of Old Tallinn.

Well thought interior with rooms each having its own look and feel can accommodate company of any size big or small and let them have their private area.

One can observe the kitchen through a glass wall.

The service is outstanding. Staff are friendly, attentive to minor details and provide great hospitality.

The menu is well balanced. All dishes are of a high quality and won't disappoint.

We had many dishes and enjoyed all of them. Cream fish soup was delicious. It has two types of fish: salmon and sturgeon. Soft creamy texture nuanced with capers.

Homemade pasta with seafood was rich in flavours. Pumpkin sauce, squids, green mussels and shrimps decorated with red caviar and spiced with chili peppers.

Fish and chips were really good. Crispy crust and tender fish fillet.

We also liked burger. The meat was good, brioche puffy buns, and tasty sause.

Tuna fish tataki and tartare were both delicious.

Next time I will order the signature Nautilus seafood platter which boasts amazingly fresh delicacies served on crushed ice, including snow crab, oysters, northern prawns, different kinds of mussels and raw fish.

Definitely a...

Came here after the good reviews, no pre-booking. Waiter kept us waiting and after a while slowly and clearly bothered came to ask what do we want. Told us we are ”at capacity” and couldn’t take us in. Terrace was completely empty so I asked if we could sit there. I was told no, it’s way too windy. We could have something to eat at the bar (2 adults and 2 small kids). We took this offer and then saw an empty round table at the middle of the floor. Asked if we could sit there since were told we couldn’t get a table before they would close. Waiter then asked us that if we really want we could sit there?!? What kind of a question is that.. this same waiter kept disappointing through out the service.

Such a pity they clearly don’t care about customers. Food (seafood platter) was ok but the service was just amazingly awful. Would not recommend this place unless you don’t mind the very rude and unattentive service 👎 we ate twice here, first...
