I am very disappointed that my burger contained bacon. I ordered a beef burger and found a piece of bacon inside and also feel there were other pieces of bacon in the burger. I complained to the staff who just said Cross contamination is normal and still charged me the full price of the burger. I did not expect to pay for a burger that is contaminated. The staff did not care much and just said sorry and still forced me to pay for the full burger. There is no care for the customers feelings at all. I actually wrote a 5 star review when we first visited. On my partners account. :) BUT following todays unfortunate order as follows I am Really disappointed after many orders and sit ins today we ordered through a delivery company and when we received our 2 x sandwich orientals they were literally half the size then usual. Different type of chicken seemed like thighs this time and the wrap was basically half veg as the chicken just sat on the top. JAMAL provided the BEST SERVICE ever, in that entire area!!! My husband and I walked around the area for the full day, looking for a good meal. Just as we waited for our bus...this was a perfect spot for a light snack or drink but...we ended up with an excellent pizza. But it was JAMAL who gave us a great insight on some good choices. When we had a personal challenge after we left the restaurant...JAMAL went out of his way to accommodate us.
