Change occupation. Since the real purpose of reviewing an experience in a restaurant should be to give constructive critics, that is really the only advice I can give. This restaurant’s owner and the rest of the floor staff (nothing to do with the kitchen, as the food quality was actually not bad at all), really does not know what the rules of hospitality are. Here below are the reasons of my opinion:
1- from the very beginning all of our table, a group of 20, willing (or believing so) to celebrate New Year’s Eve) has been perceiving a climate of absolute tension from the staff, due to the simple fact that we arrived 15/20 minutes late. A possibility that an experienced restaurateur should be well aware of when dealing with large tables. Instead, the whole staff has been clearly trying to rudely rush us through the whole experience, when ordering and also while eating!!! Unacceptable.
2- “thanks” to the owner, the chance of celebrating has been denied. Our request to get Prosecco bottles to pop at midnight has been declined, same as the request of getting a round of digestives or even just coffees!!! The man didn’t do anything else during the whole dinner than looking at us from the bar counter in a quite threatening way getting us feeling very uncomfortable, making sure we were receiving the message by sending us his waiters communicating in a very rude way that we were “exaggerating” in terms of noise. (Now, I don’t know what he did expect from a party of 20, but surely not to have silence). In addition of this, from my humble point of view, coming from years of working in the sector, the noise was certainly not too loud, especially for a recurrence like NYE. I’ll do the favor to the owner of not getting specific regarding the “physical” threats we have received when we advanced the digestives request, cause I believe it is really embarrassing for a professional.
I’ll close saying that their only purpose was to kick us out asap, from the beginning, so they could go do their own celebrations. This was all that mattered to them. THANKS A LOT, WE’LL...

I would say that it should not be too difficult to update the sign at least on the front door, No comment. Update: we tried to phone three times beetwen the two visits. No answer, No calling back. Really I beleive that there are emergencies, but some kind of communication is...
Read moreFood was mediocre, pizza just acceptable. Prices are unreasonably high especially compared to the other restaurants in Montgenevre. It would be suitable for a dinner with friends but the extreme rudeness and discourtesy of the staff ruin everything. We had dinner while the owner was standing in front of our table repetitively asking to finish the food in our plates. I wish them to improve the interaction with clients as soon...
