Where to start...from the awful welcome to the bill this was by far the WORST restaurant I have ever been to and should be avoided at all costs!! The service was just terrible. A few highlights: wine spilt all over the table because the waiter was in a rush, no excuse, he just left as quickly as he could. The wine glasses were filthy so we used the water glasses for our wine.

The vegetarian antipasti starter was very poor: tiny and not fresh. We ordered a pizza and a lasagna. The waiter forgot what we ordered and came by again to ask which two pizzas we ordered. When giving the correct order he quickly ran off again without apologizing. The lasagna arrived 10 minutes before the pizza and was not hot so by the time the pizza arrived it was freezing cold. I asked the waiter to reheat it and he was very hesitant and impolite about it, not apologizing for the fact that the 2 dishes arrived at very different times.

The lasagna was tasteless and served with a bit of lettuce that looked reused (not fresh) with no vinaigrette so I didnt dare touch it. The pizza was edible but not great. Total bill was €50 which is the same price as some really great restaurants we went to in La Rochelle. To receive and pay the bill we were told to go inside at the bar and the barman was equally unwelcoming and impolite. This restaurant is clearly 100% dependent on passers-by looking for something italian and I can guarantee that any restaurant would be better than this one. Un accueil + que déplorable. Pas un seul bonjour, On a l’air de déranger et de pas vouloir nous recevoir. La serveuse + que irrespectueuse nous demande de patienter en soufflant et en nous laissant attendre + 15 min debout. C’est enfin qu’un Mr au bar nous propose de s'asseoir avant que la serveuse ne réplique à nouveau en disant « mais non c’est pas prêt » levant les yeux au ciel. Nous attendons encore.. Une fois la commande passé, on nous sert une entrée qu’on avait pas commander. Sans parler que entre la commande et la réception du plat il faut bien compter 40 bonnes minutes. Pendant ce temps d’attente nous faisons face à la serveuse qui fait son sketch tout du long, qui laisse paraître qu’elle est dépassé hors que dans le restaurant nous sommes 4. Parle devant les clients extrêmement mal à son « jeune employé » qui a l’air de débuté et ne reçoit que des ordres de sa part. Elle n’en fait pas une, tout est bâclée. À la réception des plats, visuellement tout laisse penser que c’est « bon » mais une fois en bouche.. c’est une toute autre histoire… infecte !! La pizza 4 fromages qui est semblable à une bouchée de chewing-gum, les pâtes carbonara sans « guanciale » à base de spaghetti et crème uniquement. Un onglet de bœuf en caoutchouc. Le pain rassis de la vieille, la charcuterie dite « italienne » mais qui en réalité vient littéralement d’une supérette. Le respect est littéralement mort. Le service à ….. , sans oublier le chien qui déambule dans tout le restaurant au milieu des clients. C’était très sale… Le personnel tout droit sorti d’une scène de théâtre. Cerise sur le gâteau !! Au moment de payer sur l’addition avait été rajouter un café ? Si je n’avais pas vérifier ce serait passer dans les mailles du filet. Bref du temps et de l’argent jetter dans une poubelle car nous avions...

This is easy and the very very rude owner knows this , it’s so busy with tourists so quality does not matter and no need for him to change his ways . Food is very bland and the service is a horrible experience. He makes you feel like you are putting him out of his way and all the little comments from him . Had to leave half way through the meal because he made us feel so uncomfortable. The wine as it is like vinegar .
