PHO MINH RESTAURANT VIETNAMIEN — Restaurant in Nantes

Visited here for dinner for the first time. We ordered phở bò (beef soup noodle) and Bún Chả Hà Nội (cold rice vermicelli with grilled pork). Along with Saigon beer and Iced lemon green tea.

Food and drinks came at reasonable time. Generous portion. Overall flavours were much more subtle compared to the Vietnamese meals we had in Manchester. My husband and I didn't doubt the authenticity but rather wondered whether it was to do with regional differences (north and south). They provided table sauces which lifted and brought out the flavours more.

The staff were friendly and were patient with me when ordering and when trying to converse in French which I found out that they were from the northeast - Haiphong! Also, I liked the simple décor of the place bringing Asia to Europe.

Highly recommend this place for authentic northern Vietnamese...

On a passé dimanche soir pour le diner. On est surpris que le restaurant ce sent très bon. On a l’occasion de prendre assortiment de 10e pour partager pour 2 personnes et j’ai pris un soupe pho speciale et mon compagnon pris nouilles sautées au boeuf et on a terminé avec des desserts banane lait coco et banane frit sucrée. Le gout sont excellents. La propeté de produit sont haut qualité. Il n’hésite pas de nettoie tout les partie necessaries de nourriture comme de crevettes. Avec ce genre de detail, je suis sur que il prends soin et attention de nous à 100% ! L’équipe est tres sympa. Le temps d’attente de nourriture est correct pas si longtemps.
