English follows Japanese: これまでgoogle mapにコメントした事は一度も無いのですが、このレストランが余りに素晴らしいので、衝動を抑えられず、初コメントします。 ＜コメント＞ パリの和食名店SHU（串揚げ）のオーナーが新たに立ち上げた和食レストラン。 名店SHUにも足繁く通いましたが、DANNにもそのDNAが確りと引き継がれており、リピート確定。 最高水準の本物の和食をこのお値段で頂けるとは驚愕。 オーナー自ら厨房に立ち、顧客の動きを注意深く見ながら、丁寧にお料理を提供され、高品質の料理とシンクロした親切なサービス。 店内は、自然光で明るく、シンプルで清潔感に溢れ、食事を引き立てる。 上質で本当の和食が食べたくなったら、DANNさんをオススメします。 ※松花堂弁当専門店として当面はランチのみの営業だそうで、席数が限られているので予約をオススメします。

This newly opened Japanese restaurant was established by the owner of the famous Japanese Restaurant SHU (Kushiage) in Paris. I was a frequent visitor to SHU, and I can confidently say that DANN carries on its legacy beautifully, making it a definite repeat visit. The fact that you can enjoy authentic, high-standard Japanese cuisine at such reasonable prices is truly astonishing. The owner himself is in the kitchen, carefully observing the customers and preparing dishes with great attention to detail, offering courteous service that perfectly matches the high-quality food. The interior is bright with natural light, simple, and impeccably clean, enhancing the dining experience.
