Terrible, recommend to avoid completely.

As a party of three, they brought out two meals and then just never came back with the third, no communication and only came back ten minutes later with the saddest looking lasagne I have ever seen.

It looked so unappetizing, there were no lasagne sheets or bolognaise, it was a messy place of rigatoni and tomato sauce. After asking for it to be taken away, another once was brought (which wasn’t wanted and is shown in the picture). This time it somewhat looked like lasagne but was so stodgy and thick, just layers of pasta sheets and tomato sauce for €20

They forgot the fries we ordered for the side and before we were even finished the waiter came up, put the bill on the table and walked away again. So rude, we didn’t even get a chance to order dessert or anything else and regardless we did not ask for the bill. To top it off, the lasagne was on the bill, no apologies at any point.

Some woman presumably working in the kitchen (she wore a hairnet the whole time) kept walking around the place and going outside smoking. This just seemed really unprofessional to me. The minute we walked in she just gestured over to two separate tables of two for us to go sit, we didn’t even have a chance to mention our reservation.

The whole experience was horrible, don’t waste your time and...

Order was 2 pizzas and lasagne. 2 pizzas arrived and eaten when the 3rd dish arrived.  I say dish because it wasn't lasagne, more like cannelloni tubes with melted cheese with red and white sauce poured over.  I asked the waiter what was this and he replied lasagne I looked at him with disbelief.  I asked where was the meat of which there was none.  I told him that I didn't want it and he took it away. We had also ordered a portion of fries which just arrived along with water.  Then a plate arrived with what looked like lasagne but sheets of lasagne with a spoon of bolognese on top with a red and white sauce around the plate, this dish never saw an oven and was inedible.  At this point our last night in Paris was ruined , my son left upset and then without asking the bill was put on the table. Yes the lasagne was on the bill.  I should have asked for a manager but I felt it would have led to further upset for my family, so I paid and left. Paris is full of good restaurants so my advice is give this one...

Horrible experience – don’t waste your time or money

We visited this restaurant a few days after Valentine’s Day and it honestly felt like we were served the leftovers. The “heart-shaped” pasta looked like it came straight out of the frozen section at Picard and had clearly been preheated. The beef with chocolate sauce was bizarre (seriously, who thought that was a good idea?), and the side of spinach was so bad it actually made us laugh when my boyfriend asked if I wanted some.

While the decor is a nice idea, the place desperately needs a deep clean. The staff were disinterested and unmotivated—service was superficial at best. It’s such a shame, because the location has potential, but everything else falls flat.

I regret not checking the reviews beforehand—they’re mostly bad, and now I understand why. No idea how this place is still in business. Definitely...

Great Italian food. The best pizza of Paris is here!! Inside the Passage des Panoramas, the oldest passage in the city. I just loved this restaurant. Be sure to make a reservation before because it’s a highly popular place. It’s all decorated as an art decó train, so great!! We had a burrata pizza and it was unique and delicious!! For dessert we shared a Panna Cota, a classic Italian sweet cream and it was perfect. It came with a nice strawberry cream, very balanced. It’s homemade so it was really good Gin&Tonic for drinks were very good! The best: the staff attention, very cheerful and friendly, with awesome recommendations and ready to make any changes to our orders.
