Une très mauvaise expérience qur j'ai passé tant sur le sérieux des employés là bas vont accueillir leur potes. Ils prennent pas leur travail au sérieux et puis je note une grande tensions entre les employés surement une question de pouvoir et puis tutoyer les gens qu'on connais pas c'est juste très bas comme attitude, et le comble je suis partis avec ma fille qui n'a pas du tout apprécié le menu enfant qui sensé être un pla spécial enfant pas spécialement libanais, ma fille n'a pas du tt apprécié la viande camouflée dans un goût Citroën vinaigre une technique assez connus pour camoufler la fraîcheur des produit, et quand on manque de produit pour finir sa journée c'est qu'on est tres ambitieux il y a eux du monde mais le personnel n'a pas su géré et puis par rapport qualité prix un pla découverte un simple schawrma a 20 € qui n'est d'autre qu'un kebab, macdo, sandwich et autre pla de la fast food et pui un pla de frites et une viande assez bizarre pour un enfant (9€) c'est pas du tout une restauration de grande standing, mais en revanche dans marché ça doit tres bien marché je mets une étoile car j'ai peux pas mettre moins et puis la propreté laisse a désiré l'agencement de la salle les tables et la présentation du comptoir et puis je suis partis un jour de la Saint-Valentin un effirt les gars pour un jour consacré a l'amour pas le moindre signe qui invite les amoureux a y aller communication 0/10 marketing 0/10 commercial 0/10 on partant j'ai testé celui qui m'avait encaissé on lui disant qur je vais pas revenir ni conseiller son restaurant il m a simplement repondre "ah oui" je vous laisse en juger la situation Madame Monsieur ! Ma fille a gardé un tres mauvais souvenir . C'est pas un restaurant que je conseille pas mais je consille le restaurant de changer de politique en tout cas je reviens pas ... ce commentaire ne doit pas bous cassez ni vous décourager mais je vous laisse réfléchir

I’ve visited Noura/Velizy2 today with my friend, and it was catastrophic!! First of all my friend asked the girl to add some fries inside the sandwich, she said in Lebanon there is no fries !! Plz anyone tell her that we are Lebanese!! And we know that tawook sandwich contains fries, then she said: i will the supervisor who said: NON!! I think they must change their strategy with their clients, because Im sure that noone of us will go back to them.
