Despite the high quality ingredients, the great selection of the menu, the hygiene and the cozy interior and atmosphere, my experience was ruined after I tried to order a cup of tea later and the cashier asked me whether I want to pay with card or cash, and when I chose card, she told me that it is better for them if I pay with cash for the tea (even though I just paid for the food minutes earlier with card). The convenience must be offered to the customers and not to the business. So I ended up without the drink because the cashier decided so and did not even apologize or offered anything instead. Will think twice before returning or recommending this place to others. Such a shame that all the efforts on the concept and quality are wasted because of incompetence of...

This might be, in a strange way, the most American-style place I've eaten this whole trip. Half of the signs were in English only ("order here," "all gender restroom"), the artisinality is American (the menu lists the types of flour), and some of the khatchapuri are even purchasable buy the slice like NYC-style pizza!

I was tired and got slices. So the plus side is that this place has more different types of khatchapuri than basically anywhere else, and the flavor is great. The minus side is that reheated slices still taste like reheated slices...if I'd been patient and ordered one fresh I might have rated it 5* instead, but I can only go by...

This could become your next favourite Khachapuri place! Excellent khachapuri, I tried imeruli, which always remains my favourite type of khachapuri above all, it was very nice, cozy atmosphere, good cofy, very cute plates and mugs, you can actually see your khachapuri being prepared right in front of you. But keep in mind that it's a bit expensive compared to similar spots and the location is not the most convenient (speaking from the perspective of a local here), hope there will be new branches coming up. Otherwise, recommend it, definitely going to come back to try other types...
