This was possibly the best experience I have had dinning during my Berlin trip. We had a special needs woman with us and the staff was very accommodating by setting up our table for 14 people early, so we could move out of the sun. The Schnitzel Master Brewer was very delicious. The best part is the fond memories Luise has left. My friends and their German Family are all in their late 70's and earl 80's, this meal was the last time the 9 cousins all sat together, and this was the last trip my friends will make to Europe. They say no one notices when everything goes right but if one thing goes wrong it leaves a bad impression. Well, looking back at the experience everyone enjoyed the food, the company and the service. Plus, we sat on the patio which gave us a front row seat to a very small rainstorm that had adults and kids alike moving for shelter in laughter. I highly recommend this dining experience.

Absolutes Service Chaos für 0-8-15 überteuertes Essen - kann man sich wirklich sparen. Wir hatten lange im vorraus reserviert, mit der Bitte draußen zu sitzen da wir mit mehreren Kindern kommen und draußen ein Spielplatz ist, am Telefon wurde uns mitgeteilt das sei möglich. Leider hat das Servicepersonal vergessen das wir kommen sodass es draußen voll war und wir drinnen sitzen mussten. Als Allergikerin erkundigte ich mich nach der Allergiekarte - es benötigte 4 Personen im Service um herauszufinden wo diese sich befindet. Die Gerichte die ich essen wollte - befanden sich nicht in der in der Allergiekarte (wieso hat man diese wenn diese nicht gepflegt wird), sodass das Servicepersonal in der Küche fragen ging. Während bei den anderen die Essensbestellung aufgenommen wurde. Die Kellnerin kam raus als alle bereits weg waren, teilte mir mit das ich es nicht essen kann und ging. Also war ich die einzige die kein Essen bestellen konnte, denn das Personal war nicht mehr aufzufinden. Den anderen beim Essen zuzusehen auf einer Geburtstagsfeier war für mich wirklich eine unschöne Erfahrung die ich sammeln durfte. Während die Gerichte gebracht wurden von mehreren Kellnern wurde nur geschrien, das habe ich auch noch nie erlebt, dass sich das Servicepersonal gegenseitig überschreit sodass nur noch Chaos herrschte. Irgendwann durfte ich dann auch bestellen - es gab Pizza Margherita, diese kam 30 Minuten später als alle anderen Gerichte. Die Pizza schmeckte tatsächlich sehr unangenehm - den Büffelgeschmack der dort in allen Gerichten drin ist muss man mögen. Auch die Speisekarte online stimmte nicht mit der Vorort überein - als wir das Lokal verlassen hatten, hatten wir das Gefühl das es draußen eine andere Karte gab als drin. Denn dort standen Gerichte die uns nichtmal zur Auswahl standen. Der Burger war wohl sehr sehr trocken und definitiv nicht sein Geld wert. Wir kommen nicht wieder, weiterempfehlen würden wir das Lokal auch nicht. Es hat eine gute Grundvoraussetzung mit der Lage, von innen sehr schön und der Spielplatz draußen. Die Toiletten waren sehr ekelhaft die Türen von innen beschrieben, Klodeckel angebrochen der Mülleimer - ursprünglich mal silber völlig zerdellt und verrostet. Schade drum daher auch der Abzug im Ambiente.

July 2023 Not returning The Konigsberger Klopse are eklig, obviously pre-made and Judd St reheated, the sauce is absolutely gross, tastes like it's yoghurt, nothing like Konigsberger sauce with a tangy sour caper flavour. The schnitzel really a 10 Euro quality, we absolutely did not enjoy at all. It's not worth a cent. Sorry but this must be said. Food should not come out 5 mins after you ordered it. It's not somewhat quality. Prices are in no universe justified. Great restaurant for big family catch ups and if course smaller gatherings. We tried the klopse and they were nice. A good range of beers and drinks. Gets easily crowded and loud and service gets then slow. A good array of food options typically German cuisine. We liked it.

I had a bad experience yesterday afternoon with one of the waiters. First it took ages before someone came to me, since I was sitting inside, away from the heat wave outside; then it took ages before they checked on me again. At the end, I did not add a tip and then the waiter (who was already another person than the ones before) was so bold to ask why I did not add a tip. When I just said I forgot and that I will pay next time, he wasn't content and said that I can still pay it now. I have never experienced such an imprudence and insistence for a tip in a place that is already overpriced for the microwaved food they serve. I used to come here before because of the atmosphere and diversity of the menu, but as a principle I am not coming back to a place where I don't feel respected as a customer by staff. By the way, I did leave a tip by the bar for that cheeky waiter. Not that he deserved it. I do hope that a colleague or manager will tell him that this is not the way to...

Food choices have been improved. Not necessarily more choices but a nice variety of modern German, very nice tasting choices.

They offer an array of dishes with Pfifferlinge mushrooms that are in season. They also have a whole set of upcoming Bavarian options which will be anbelangt in a couple of weeks. This was a little confusing. It is a good way to keep all customers aware of upcoming events. Maybe just an ad on the table or a mention at the beginning of the regular menu would do the trick. The whole new menu offering pages as 1st thing in the regular menu is a tiny bit disappointing... one starts choosing from this, only to find out it will only be available in 2 weeks.

Still no fresh juices available, but they do offer many sorts of juices including orange, Johannisbeeren,...
