MEXICAN KITCHEN COCKTAIL BAR — Restaurant in Berlin

If I could give 0 stars I would. Myself and my husband ate here today and it was absolutely terrible. Not a single taste of authentic Mexican flavour and both our orders were cold. I ordered Quesadillas and my husband a Burrito. The Quesadillas weren’t Quesadillas, they were un-toasted, cold, limp, bland tortilla mush and the chicken was basically an Indian chicken curry. The Burrito was more an Enchilada and was soggy, cold and the mince was so fine, like it has been blended. The sour cream was like a garlic and onion dip, the salsa was basically tomato juice it was that thin and the guacamole was vile. Complained but we were only offered a shot of tequila, nowhere near enough as compensation for such a vile meal. It was expensive for abysmal quality food. We’ve had spectacular food throughout our entire Berlin trip so it was a big disappointment to end our trip with such a disgusting meal. I had a disappointing experience at MEXICAN KITCHEN COCKTAIL BAR. The overpriced menu, misleading descriptions (e.g. 2 quesadilla are promised but only 1 is served), and lackluster taste left me feeling unsatisfied. The strange-tasting alcoholic drinks (e.g. the margarita) not only lacked flavours I expected but also gave me a headache the next morning. Probably because of a cheaper alcohol being used. The food was far from the authentic Mexican cuisine I can easily find in Berlin.

Overall, this “Mexican Restaurant” failed to deliver on its promises, and I strongly recommend exploring other options for a truly satisfying Mexican food...

It's a good, okay-enough Indian food place, like the two Indian food places to the left, the other one to the right, or the one adjacent and on the other side of the street.

All of these eateries are great if you go with groups of friends, or from work, or if you are a group of tourists. You will love the atmosphere and the service is on point, very friendly and helpful staff.

However, this has nothing to do with Mexico or Mexican food. It's more understood as international food and also Fastfood. So do NOT expect authentic Mexican quisine and you'll be happy. Also, few healthy options.
