PARA TODOS LOS QUE NO HABLAN ALEMÁN!!! Hemos venido porque todas las reseñas lo valoran muy bien (buena comida, buen trato, etc) y nuestras experiencia ha sido todo lo contrario. Hemos llegado, y después de media hora esperando y tener que llamar al camarero repetidas veces, nos han traído el menú y hemos podido pedir las bebidas y la comida. Tras esperar una hora de reloj, y estar a punto de pagar las bebidas e irnos, han llegado al fin los platos.Platos, que para nuestra sorpresa, uno de ellos no era el que hemos pedido. Al decírselo al camarero ha asumido que como no entendíamos el idioma nos habíamos equivocado pidiendo, cuando sabíamos perfectamente que habíamos pedido y no era, ni de lejos, lo que nos ha traído. Para más inri, una pareja como nosotros que hablaba alemán ha llegado más tarde y ha comido sin problema y en tiempos razonables (mucho antes que nosotros) y otra pareja que también hablaba alemán y ha llegado 50 minutos más tarde, ha comido a la vez que nosotros. Los 40€ peores invertidos de la historia, no sabemos si es el idioma o si, simplemente, nos ha tocado a nosotros que nos atiendan sin ganas, pero no lo recomendamos de ninguna forma y, mucho menos, si no hablas alemán.

FOR ALL THOSE WHO DON'T SPEAK GERMAN!!!! We have come here because all the reviews rate it very highly (good food, good treatment, etc) and our experience has been quite the opposite. We arrived, and after half an hour waiting and having to call the waiter repeatedly, they brought us the menu and we were able to order our drinks and food. After waiting for an hour, and being about to pay for the drinks and leave, the dishes finally arrived, but to our surprise, one of them was not the one we had ordered. When we told the waiter, he assumed that as we didn't understand the language we had ordered the wrong dish, when we knew perfectly well what we had ordered and it wasn't even close to what he had brought us. To make matters worse, a couple like us who spoke German arrived later and ate without any problem and in reasonable time (much earlier than us) and another couple who also spoke German and arrived 50 minutes later, ate at the same time as us. The worst 40€ invested in history, we don't know if it's the language or if it's just that we were unwillingly served, but we don't recommend it in any way, especially if you don't...

Nach einem Waldspaziergang sind wir mit 7 jährigen Kind am frühen Abend an einem Sonntag hier eingekehrt für ein Abendessen - wir hatten nicht reserviert, aber es waren noch Plätze frei, die uns auch direkt angeboten wurden. Vom Kellner/Inhaber wurden wir dann auch gleich direkt vorwurfsvoll ‘begrüßt’ mit: “Sie haben nicht reserviert.”. Nun ja, es mag heutzutage verwundern, aber es soll ja auch mal Spontanbesuche im Restaurant geben. Nachdem wir also irgendwann gnädigerweise bestellen durften, vergingen mind. 40 Minuten, ohne dass wir unser Essen bekommen haben. Auf Nachfrage hin wurde dann nur ungläubig geschaut und dann vorwurfsvoll geantwortet: “Unser Problem ist, wenn Leute nicht reservieren. Dann kann es länger dauern.”....Schade dass man so eine Info nicht direkt am Anfang mitgeteilt bekommt, denn mit einem 7 jährigen Kind möchte man ungern so lange warten und wir wären sicherlich dann woanders hingegangen. Schade auch, dass man sich mittlerweile sowohl schuldig fühlen muss, wenn man irgendwo ohne Reservierung einkehren möchte oder dann noch ‘unverschämterweise’ nach 40 Minuten fragt ob man denn heute noch sein Essen bekommt. Der Kellner/Inhaber kam immerhin dann nochmal und hat sich dann entschuldigt, dass wir so lange warten mussten und dass er das ja verstehen kann, vor allem mit Kind. Beim Bezahlen hätte ich mir dennoch gewünscht, dass man vielleicht wenigstens dem Kind einen Bonbon oder uns einen Espresso etc. anbietet. Nein, das ist wohl heutzutage als (hochpreisig) zahlender Gast zuviel verlangt, dass man auch Service erwarten kann. Also nie wieder...

We were really excited to visit this place because all four of us come from Croatia and we know what good ćevapi are. Unfortunately, we were really disappointed with what we got. These were probably the worst and most tasteless ćevapi we have ever tried. They weren’t even served in an entire lepinja (bread) but only half of lepinja. Ajvar tasted like the basic store-bought ajvar. Definitely not coming back. If you want to try amazing ćevapi in Berlin, go to Wedding. Two stars instead of one only because...
