Now that I see the other last few reviews, I also post my opinion. We had same experience last week with this employee late Thursday evening. First there was a line for about 10 min. Then at the desk, a matured female next to us wanted to ask something to a cashier, suddenly this insane guy stepped in and called her "Schwester, mal langsam". He didn't even know, was she was about. As we, 3 adults with 2 kids were ordering or meals, he had to check several times if he has everything packed up to take away. I mean it's a big task to put some fries, dinks and burgers together! For that reason we checked ourselves again before leaving. Of course, one menu was not in. We went back to ask for this menu. Well the receipt was correct but he just didn't made 2 but instead 1 menu. Then the issue started, we should go and line up again he directed us. I insisted. He was completely out of control and talked like mad. He would be the one, making the rules in this place. His co-workers were confused about him. I asked about his name, what he refused to give out. We finally gave up and we left. The kids were afraid. I didn't want to leave without a name of this lunatic and took a picture. For this he shouted at me, that he will report me at the police.
Also contacted the office of this franchise business. Haven't heard back from them. I wrote to McDonald's Germany. They had forwarded my complaint. I haven't gotten a reply yet from the franchise owner. Not sure if they even care. I wanted to give them time to act, before I put a review.

I ordered a chicken burger, but was wrongly served a cheeseburger containing beef. As a Hindu, I do not consume beef due to strict religious beliefs, and eating it is considered highly offensive and disrespectful in my culture.
This is not just a mistake, it’s a serious violation of religious and cultural boundaries, and such negligence is absolutely intolerable in a diverse and respectful society.
I demand a formal apology and a strong compensation for this unacceptable error, as per law and order regarding consumer rights, religious sensitivity, and food safety regulations.
I urge the management to take this matter seriously and train staff properly to ensure such gross negligence does not happen again. If this is not addressed, I will have no choice but to escalate this through formal legal and consumer protection channels in Germany.

Are they fast? Absolutely not. Do they need to be fast? Yes. Travellers have schedules to keep and trains won't wait for your cheeseburger that has taken 15 minutes too long.
Too many times have I stood in a long line with each customer spending 2-5 minutes at the cashier. I later realized why this was the case. This McDonalds was not understaffed. The staff were just clearly untrained and unorganized. The singular cashier taking orders was also tasked with MAKING the order itself. What were the other three employees doing? One was mopping the floor and the others chatting with the cashier.
