Ich bin dahin gegangen nach meiner Zahn OP um eine Suppe zu trinken weil ich leider keine Zähne mehr oben hatte. Mein Mann und sein Bruder haben zwei grillteller bestellt und ich wollte eine Hühnersuppe ich hatte gehört das der Mann sagte Hähnchenspieß und ich hatte nochmals gesagt Hühnersuppe. Ich habe bekommen einen Teller mit Hähnchenspieß mit Reis. Als ich das zweite mal Hühnersuppe sagte hatte er gefragt Reis oder Pommes ich dachte das ist vielleicht eine Kombination von denen. Dann kam ein Teller mit Hähnchenspieß mit Reis ich habe zu dem Mann gesagt das ist bestimmt eine falsche Bestellung ich woltte eine Suppe dann hatte er den man gerufen der unsere Bestellung aufgenommen hatte. Und der meinte ja da kann ich nix machen ich habe ihm sogar meine Zähne gezeigt ich so ich habe keine Zähne wieso soll ich das bestellen wenn ich es nicht essen kann? Ich hatte erwartet das er sich entschuldigt und das essen zurück genommen hätte und die Suppe gebracht hätte aber nein wir mussten das essen auch bezahlen was wir nicht bestellt hatten plus noch die Suppe. Am Ende fragt er mich noch ob ich trotzdem eine Suppe will, klar soll ich verhungern oder was. Eine Hühnersuppe gab es dann nicht und habe mir dann eine yogurt Suppe bestellt die geschmeckt hatte. Echt sehr unfreundlich noch dazu, aber der kam danach auch nicht mehr Und kam ein jüngerer der war echt freundlich und hat versucht den fehler des Kollegen zu verbessern . Aber Geschmack her war es lecker dazu kann ich nix sagen. Also die Suppe und die 2 Grillteller soweit mein Mann und der Bruder das sagen :)

Kulinarische Reise !! 🙏🏻 Also wer sein Geld gut investieren möchte um was tolles zu Essen sollte hier her kommen ! Wir waren 4 Personen und wurden direkt zu einem Tisch gebeten, man hat uns nach keine 2 Minuten die Vorspeisen gebracht, wie zu sehen auf dem Bild. Kleine Salatplatte, frisches warmes Brot und 4 Dips. (Die Dips waren sehr lecker aber hätten für mich Geschmacks intensiver sein können). Die Hauptspeise war eine Platte für 2, die Protionsgröße fand ich inordnung, hätte vielleicht noch eine leckere Soße dazu sein können. Aber Ansicht geschmacklich war das Fleisch und Reis einfach super 👍🏻 Ayran war frisch und lecker. Der Service war super, man hat uns alles im handumdrehen gebracht, und es wurde oft gefragt ob noch etwas fehlt oder wir noch was bräuchten. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, es war ein höflicher Umgang! Das find ich sehr wichtig zu erwähnen, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Das Lokal war Renoviert und gemütlich eingerichtet, die toiletten waren ansich sauber aber etwas renovierungsbedürftig ( bzw es wurde an fugen unsauber gearbeitet aber das ist nur meine persönliche Meinung ). Preisleistungsverhältnis hat auch gestimmt. Fazit: Super Restaurant, habe mich auch wohlgefühlt und das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Ich komme gern wieder! 😊

Sehr nettes freundliches Personal..die Schwester im Aussenbereich und der Bruder an der Kasse..Top. Essen war gut...auch frisches Obst, tuerkische Kalt und Warmspeisen.und.für 11.90 wirklich voll ok Brötchen leider wohl TK Ware..und schlechter Filterkaffee..es fehlt an ner guten Siebtraegermaschinen und guten Kaffee/ Espresso hier hätten wir auch gerne extra bezahlt..aber die türkische Kaffee Kultur ist eh nicht so die Beste..Ansonsten alles in Ordnung. Orga:hier koente man kundenfreundlich bisken was verbessern. Jeder bekommt NACH dem Bezahlen 2 Teller und muss sich dann am kleinen Buffet ueber Eck in der hintersten Ecke.. drängeln das ist zu eng und stickig = Platz wie in ner normalen Kueche.. Da man die Teller behält. sieht der Tisch dann nicht schoen aus nach dem ersten Gang da ja nichts abgeräumt werden kann..und es ist dann sehr ungemütlich. Warum bekommt man keine Bändchen und kann sich wieder sauber Teller nehmen..und die Tische werden durch das Personal zwischendurch aufgeräumt? Nun gut wir sind ja hier auch nicht in Essen Rüttenscheid oder Bredeney muss man berücksichtigen. Wir sagen Danke an das Team für Eure freundliche Arbeit und das auskömmliche Essen.

DO NOT GO HERE Absolutely disgusting service!!!

Went here today with my friend and as soon as we walked in, there was no one at front of house eventually a waiter came asked us where we would like to sit how many people etc when we showed our table you could clearly see tomatoes and salads from previous customers on the table. It was DIRTY so we asked for it to be cleaned/wiped turned out the person who originally asked us where we would like to sit is the manager but i promise you i have never seen a manager have nike trainers on in a established place, made the place look very cheap, anyhow his response in aggressive big headed manner was if you stop rushing and wait someone will wipe it. Now i come from a family who owns most famous restaurants in the north and east london area of united kingdom 🇬🇧 namely green lanes haringey and when i tell you the way this “manager” is would be the end of the establishment, later on i witnessed him when i went to the till to pay by card as there internets not good enough for the card machine to be brought outside, how he was pestering and trying to talk to a single lady while offering her tea it made me feel very uncomfortable witnessing it.

If I’m coming somewhere to leave money i expect a decent service i can understand people can have a bad day but the manager is just plain rude unprofessional and inattentive if the tables dirty you got customers waiting your waiters are busy you can go direct your team or do it yourself at the end of the day your job as a manager is to manage the place if that means you need to get down and work so be it but this guy has a very chilled ill do what i want to do i don’t care about my job attitude which is disgusting i will 100% not be returning back there. The first time I was here the service and dishes were excellent, so I came back a view days ago. Sadly this time we had a quite bad experience. Our waiter wasn’t very friendly, our table sticky, she forgot to bring us bread meanwhile every other of her guests got it, then she forgot our fries, what we mentioned and then we got them after we finished our dish already. She seemed kinda annoyed serving us, and finished guests who came after us quicker. My friend ordered a Döner and wasn’t happy with the taste, I got a Pide, wich wasn’t good neither. No seasoning, just greasy and pretty expensive. Very sad, because the first time I really liked it. But I’ll not come back in any time...

A very bad restaurant. The food is not well cooked and very salty The service is very bad. The staff has nothing to do with gastronomy, and very unfriendly. No organization at all.
