Welcome India Restaurant — Restaurant in Hamburg

I recently dined at Welcome India in Hamburg, and it was nothing short of a phenomenal experience. The food was truly amazing, exceeding all my expectations. I can honestly say that I've never had Indian cuisine this delicious in my life.

The flavors were incredibly authentic and vibrant . I asked Indian very very spicy.

As for the pricing, it was surprisingly welcoming. Quality food at reasonable prices is a rarity these days, and this restaurant nails it on both fronts.

To top it off, the staff were friendly and attentive, contributing to an overall excellent dining experience. I would highly recommend Welcome India to anyone looking for an unforgettable Indian meal in Hamburg. Trust me; you won't be...

I ordered Chicken Tikka Malai and three sets of naan from Welcome India today. The food arrived after around 40 minutes, which was fine. However, while eating, I noticed that some pieces of the chicken were overcooked and had dark, burnt spots. I didn’t make a big deal of it at the time and continued eating. Unfortunately, after about one to two hours, I started experiencing serious stomach issues and have been unwell since then. I’m really disappointed because I usually enjoy Indian food, but this experience was quite unpleasant. I hope the restaurant pays more attention to food quality and ensures proper cooking standards so that other customers don’t face...

I would actually give this place 2.5 stars if I could. I have no idea why this restaurant has such glowing reviews.

The food here was ok but nothing special. Menu wasn't too varied. The Naan was partially undercooked, and seasoning in curry was underwhelming.

The service was very good and the food arrived hot and fairly quickly.

The prices were very high for portions which are not generous at all.

I can think of many other Indian restaurants in Hamburg with much better food and way better prices. I don't see myself...
