Awful waitress, with inappropriate behaviour.

We ate there. Food was ok, rather good, but nothing out of the ordinary.

However, the waitress anounced us she made a mistake on the bill, that she could not correct it on the machine and would calculate the new total by hand. She gave us the bill, which was the printed bill, with just a new total written by hand. No detail, nothing, just 30€ more than the printed price. She then started a speech asking for a tip, that 1.5% would be shared with the kitchen and so on. The amount to pay seemed unusually high for what we ordered, so we said we are not tipping and paid. She started repeating, offended, “you don't want to tip???” before loudly announcing it to the other waiter, so that everyone could hear the “crime” we committed in order to shame us (it really sounded like we just had insulted her and the entire staff or she was considering calling the cops on us).

We asked for the detail of what she charged us, so we could check. She answered she could only write it on a paper, she could not print a new bill. We told her that was fine for us. But she actually never came back and started taking care of other customers. I took a menu, and calculated the price of what we had ordered. It was 13€ cheaper than what she charged us. We called her and told her, she said it was not possible, she had made the calculation. We had to loudly protest and make the calculation with another waiter (who was very correct, unlike her). After that, the manager of the restaurant gave us the difference in cash. But no excuses from the waitress, she just stood there.

Therefore I cannot recommend this place, and will not go again. The attitude of the waitress is just completely out of place.Tipping in Germany is not mandatory, it is optional, we are not in the USA. I normally tip, but if you botch part of the service (namely being able to check what we are paying) then in my opinion it does not deserve a tip. Her reaction full of contempt is just not how you treat customers if you want to see them again. And on top of that, if customers complain that there's a mistake in the bill (that can happen), you check, you don't ignore them and go away, forcing a colleague to get involved...

So I was celebrating my birthday so I took couple friends of mine to this bar.

As a fellow waiter there are many mistakes that the personel do and I don’t like them neither other guests. The ignorant non friendly unproffesional personel that forgets orders, don’t care about other colleague’s stations, don’t even look for the guests. Orders take for about 30 mins in avarage and 20 mins just to wait for the waiter. They don’t write down anything forget half of the order just to be there to take an extra tip. But who cares anyway it is in town centre and no one as I see don’t care about the quality of the service. Must say that the food is awesome. Quality of drinks would not recommend nearly half of them as the barkeepers look proffesional but arogantly don’t want to improve anything as they think they are the best. For the past 7 months as I visit this place often things got just worse. Will never come back again...

I am giving 3 stars. Reasons:

Best burger by choice in Munich for 2020? Hah, maybe back then but yesterday we were there, I ordered “Predator” burger, it came firstly smaller than usual I would say if compared to another Stores, but the worst thing was that bread was to hard, I assume it was frozen and then baked, plus the meat was quite bad. But really… I could make better one. From my girlfriend side, she took some veggie burger, bread was slightly better but still not as expected. And price was also slightly higher..

I really don’t know why you guys are having such a “big time” there.. I definitely saw better places in Munich.

Cocktails were so lala, I liked the name concept of meals, if you like Arnold Schwarzenegger then you will recognize burgers 😜 also from other drinks and meals…

All in all, average but enough not...
