Subway — Restaurant in Munich

DON'T EVER GO THERE FOR ANY REASON!!!! We got there around 21:40 and ordered, while ordering one of the employees told us to be quick and put pressure on us. While paying he said he didn't have any change but when a card decline he had a lot of it indeed. As soon as we sat down and started eating the same guy came over and told us that they were closed (40 minutes before closing time). Meanwhile the guy who had ordered after us sat down and ate his meal without any complain by the staff. We left and I came back 5 minutes later to ask why we couldn't eat and the other guys could and the same guy rudely told me that he wanted to go home and I should leave shutting me down completely. If you don't want to work just don't but it's not possible to treat...

I recently visited Subway-Moosach and had an exceptionally pleasant experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean, making it a comfortable place to dine. The service was outstanding; the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. As an Indian, I was delighted to see the staff treating all customers with equal respect and kindness. From the moment we entered, we felt genuinely welcomed. They have introduced new sandwiches and menus, including a variety of vegetarian options. The restaurant is super hygienic, always well-maintained, and the staff consistently ensure that everything is clean. They go above and beyond to please customers, even for take-away orders. This was one of the best dining experiences I've had, and I highly recommend this...

There seems to be continued turnover of staff. I am fairly sure I was served chicken breast sandwich yesterday while my order was for chicken fajita (and charged for Fajita). I did not want to make a fuss of this as a large number of customers were waiting.

Attention to detail is missing. The new staff had no clue what he was doing and a senior staff at the counter was not really of much help. With a chain like subway a level of standard service is assumed and expected. Subway has been my preferred option over several others if I had to choose amongst them - but yesterday...
