After a return trip from Central Europe and Balkans, having crossed Albania straight through (6 to 7 hours of driving in difficult roads) from Podgorica(Montenegro), we crossed the Albanian/Greek borders in Mavromati, North-west of Gtreece, about 10.30pm.||Really tired and forgetting to previously book a hotel for the night, on the way from Sagiada to Igoumenitsa we stopped at the Viilage B/B on the right hand side of the road. There was a double room available, and after checking the room we took it for the night, using the free private parking for our car. The room was big, with a fridge, TV and separate bathroom. The bathroom was not in the best condition but everything else was reasonable and clean. Price was 30€ without breakfast. The owners were very friendly, they offered us a cup of coffee next morning and we had an interesting talk with them. They told us they want to renovate the place and they do it periodically due to the economic crisis in Greece.||Location is convenient to spend the night, for travelers to/from Albania as it is very close to the borders or for tourists travelling to Corfu from the Igoumenitsa harbour (4 km away).||We can say its a budget place and value for money to stay for one or two...

The hotel is directly above their restaurant which hosts large events. The disco music was EXTREMELY loud until 4am, rendering sleep impossible. We complained twice and got a shrug 'what can I do' from the management.
What's more, the owners 'cancelled' the booking the next day on booking.com which meant I couldn't leave a review. I suspect this has happened numerous times so don't trust the reviews there. Really, really do not recommend this hotel at all, even...
