KENTRIKON Ouzomezedopoleio — Restaurant in Serres Municipality

Experience: Unfortunately, my dining experience at Kentrikon in Serres was far from satisfactory. The major issue was with the chicken dish I ordered. It was significantly undercooked, to the point where there was visible blood in the meat. Concerned for my health, I requested it to be cooked further. However, the dish was returned still undercooked, raising serious concerns about food safety standards.

Customer Service: When I raised the issue with the staff, the response was disappointing. I expected some acknowledgment of the risk associated with serving undercooked poultry, but there was none. Furthermore, I had to engage in a lengthy discussion to adjust the bill, given the inedibility of the main dish.

Overall: While I understand that every restaurant can have an off day, serving undercooked chicken is a serious issue that can pose health risks. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, and the restaurant improves its cooking standards and customer service response. I would be hesitant to recommend Kentrikon based on...

Not recommended. Ordered food and the waiter told us it will arrive in 30 minutes. After waiting for an hour and receiving 2 out of the 5 things we ordered we called the waiter, they brought us 1 more dish and we never got the last ones. Yet they were included on the bill. Horrible place due to bad management, too many tables with very few waiters. The food wasn't bad even though there were very few options on the menu even though we didn't get to try...

Επίσκεψη αυθημερόν στα όμορφα Σερρας και μας πρότειναν να επισκεφτούμε το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί... Η επιλογή ήταν πολύ καλή, καθώς βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πλατείας με αρκετό κόσμο κυρίως τα μεσημέρια ( οι κρατήσεις ήταβ αρκετές και μείωναν τα διαθέσιμα τραπέζια)!! Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άμεση και ζεστή παρά τον κόσμο... Παραγγείλαμε μία πατατοσαλάτα, ένα τυρί ψητό, κολοκυθάκια τηγανητά με ντιπακι και ψαράκι τηγανιτό σαν μπαρμουνακι μαζί με δύο ουζακια..ολα ήταν εξαιρετικά και περιποιημένα!! Το μονο που με προβλημάτισε ήταν τα περιορισμένα πιάτα σε σχέση με αυτά που αναγράφονται στον κατάλογο ( ίσως πέσαμε στην ημέρα με τον αρκετό κόσμο) και επίσης θέλαμε τα ουζακια να εχουν και ενα μεζεδάκι ( όπως αναγραφόταν στο μενού) αλλά μας ενημέρωσαν οτι λόγω ημέρας δεν γίνεται να μας φέρουν μεζέ μονο ολόκληρες μερίδες... Τέλος, μας πρόσφεραν και γλυκό παραδοσιακό σαν καρυδόπιτα που ήταν πολύ ωραίο!! Οι τιμές πολύ καλές γαι την ποιότητα των πιάτων...
