Craft burger kitchen — Restaurant in Kopavogur

We were looking for a quick and easy meal, and this place did not disappoint. Service was fast and the food was mostly good.

Google mentioned falafel burger, but the menu for not have it written on it, and the server had no idea what we were talking about. So we settled for the vegan burger that was on the menu.

The vegan burger had a patty made of beetroot and pumpkin, which I rather liked. It had vegan cheese, which I forgot to tell them to leave out, as I don't care for vegan cheese.

They brought the food to our table, but we bussed our own table at the end.

Ok, so I had an OK burger here and some odd avocado fries (a first for me, not a fan). So why the paltry two star review? Well, you see the whole restaurant reeks of the deep fryer. There is no effective extraction fan over the cooking area, so the entire place is saturated by the greasy smell of cooking oil and fried meat. My clothes are now destined for the laundry basket after 30 mins inside. This place will not be ideal, if you are goin gout afterwards. You'd simply need to change your clothes. Really tasty burgers and fries. Minus one star for warm orange pop(appelsín) that someone forgot to put in the cooler, thumbs up for the cashier to offer a cold glass for it. We're dealing with all sorts of allergies, so huge thumbs up for the staff and the menu to dance around that problem. Overall look of the place isn't my cup of tea, but it's clean and tidy and furnitures in top condition. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We'll come...
