Bangalore Brew Works or BBW is quite popularly know for its fresh Beers on Tap and has quite made a name for itself in the Brewing Industry.

Located centrally on Residency Road and perched on top of the 10 th floor,the place offers a nice picturesque view of the city.

The ambience of the place puts your monotonous stress away the moment you step in.The minute care in designing the aesthetics and decor of the place speaks volumes about the Owners passion and knowledge of getting something very close to their heart just right.

This place boasts of a state of the art brewery with 5 beers on tap. Also have a extensive Bar menu designed carefully keeping in mind the requirement of all the patrons.

The Service here is top notch with the Staff right from the pleasant lady who welcomed us and showed our seat,to the barman, the Chef Mr. Mariappan who personally suggested as to what to try and explaining the various dishes with passion,to the Manager Mr. Bijoy who take care of us, to the Servers who served us with a smile and knowledgeable about the food. Good Show... a dream team for a restaurant to work with...

The Drinks-

1.Beer Bomb- a refreshing combination of Vodka, Rum,Gin,Tequila,Triple Sec,Lime juice and Stout Beer - This drink is my personal favourite here. A perfect quencher on a hot afternoon.

The Starters-

1.Beet Buster (Vegan and Gluten Free) Slow roast beets with Blackberry, hazelnut and drizzle of olive oil flavour ed with pineapple- Can Vegetarian food be tasty too... Yes. Try this to believe it.

2.Kodava style Pandi Curry flavourful pork curry with rustic spices and kachumpali served with akki roti- This amazing dish recipe comes straight out from the authentic home of the Kodavas.A dish prepared so well,it reminds you of the memories of having it in Coorg.

3.Chicken Ghee Roast-A humble yet simple dish where many restaurants miserably fail. The Chef has raised the bar in preparing a dish so damn close to your heart just right... A perfect score on taste and presentation.

4.Carnivore Platter Combination of 9 pieces of Kasundhi Mahi Tikka, Lahsuni Murg Tikka, Chelo Kabab with mint chutney, devil chutney- this Carnivore(Simply put Non Veg😀) allows you to relish the different dishes of the chef on a single platter ... Innovative yet filling and tasty too...

The Main Course

1.Sage Chicken Grilled chicken breast stuffed with ham, chicken mince and cheddar cheese covered with streaky bacon and served with chilli rosemary jus- too filling and order only if you have a great appetite. The chef as usual works his charm in pampering you on taste.

2.Peri Peri Chicken Pizza Grilled chicken, olives, onions, peppers, mozzarella topped with peri peri dressing- thin crust pizza baked to perfection

The Desserts

1.Dark Chocolate and Hazelnut Cake

2.Dark chocolate cake with Hazelnut meringue and Basil butter cream frosting

3.Passion fruit and white chocolate cheesecake- An exotic combination of passionfruit with creamy white chocolate

All the desserts were just perfect in their own league and satiates your sweet tooth.

A outing for 2 would cost around Rs 1500 to Rs 2000/-.Both Cards and Cash accepted.

Ambience so rusty yet elegant. Loved the props used to uplift the mood of place. Utilization of antique clocks and good old photos puts the smile on your face without any effort. One of a kind place which has a pool on the rooftop and making it more special and romantic. Loved every bit of the ambiance. Located centrally on Residency Road and perched on top of the 10th floor. It can accommodate about 250 people pax.

They do have inhouse brewery serving about 6 variants of beer and they do have beer sample that you can choose from.

Loved the taste and presentation too •Carnivore Platter - Combination of 9 pieces of Kasundhi Mahi Tikka, Lahsuni Murg Tikka, Chelo Kabab with mint chutney, devil chutney- Loved the platting and someone who wants to try different option in single platter this is the one to choose for and it will not disappoint you.

Main Course

•Dark Chocolate and Hazelnut Cake – loved the hazelnut flavor falling through the chocolate cake must try •Dark chocolate cake with Hazelnut meringue and Basil butter cream frosting Passion fruit and white chocolate cheesecake- One of the best cheese cake I have tried in recent times.

Service is was just perfect. Staff are well trained, Bijoy ensured we had a good time and also Chef Mr Mariappan explained the food we were trying too. Passion of these people was quite evident. Good Job!!!!

Bangalore brew works is one of the best brewery in town with the best view of the city , popularly know for the fresh Beers on tap , Also got the best brunch awards in Bangalore recently . One of the old and named brewing industry . As it located at the 10th floor of the building the view is so great , they also have pool side are which adds on best experience for partying , they have outdoor seating , smoking / non-smoking area , they have the best brunch happening every Sunday and as best Dj party’s Ambience is lavishing and takes of all your stress out once you enter , this plAce been one of the favourite and closed to heart been here many times with friends and family They keep on changing the menu according to the season and the crowd likings .

Brew they have 6 Beer samples which you can select of yours My favourite here are Majestic Wheat beers Residency Special Beer

Caprese a la BBW (Gluten Free) Grilled qatermelon caprese with fresh mozzarella with Basil Gremolata - Perfect for this season . Koliwada Fish Fry Crumb fried fish fingers with authentic Maharashtrian spices. Murg Chelo Kabab Chicken Seekh flavoured with tangy Iranian spice mix and cooked in charcoal fire, served on bed of rice. Peri Peri Chicken Pizza Grilled chicken, olives ,onions, peppers, mozzarella . Chicken Flute Rolled filo filled with spicy chicken mince served with Chipotle aioli Eggplant Parmigiana Layers of zucchini, eggplant, corn nibblets, smoked tomato sauce and parmigiana reggiano - Very creamy and perfectly cooked . Laal mass Mutton curry prepared in a sauce of yogurt and hot spices - Famous food of Rajasthan it’s one of my favourite .

Desserts -: Passion fruit and white chocolate cheesecake, An exotic combination of passionfruit with creamy whitr chocolate. Dark Chocolate and Hazelnut Cake Dark chocolate cake with Hazelnut meringue and Basil butter cream frosting.

Service was excellent. Staff was well trained , also a special thanks to Chef Mr Mariappan who came to our table and explained about the food which we were trying from there new menu .

I Had a pleasant dining experience with food of the most exquisite flavours . Overall I like this place I highly recommend going to Bangalore brew work , BBW
