Sharing my thoughts after being there for several times. Been there regular customer from the time it was newly opened just noticed one thing they always have this offer going on if you pay from Paytm you get a 20% instant discount on the billing but the guys working there will never ever believe me will never ever say that to the customer, I myself have said them many time to mention this while billing but they never do this and on top of this every time you visit the outlet you find a new employee on the billing and you will have to literally argue with him and make him understand about this offer and by opening the Paytm app then show it step by step, that’s really frustrating. Updated review after 6 months(4-Nov) They should rename themselves to “Slow Food” - Biggies burger. Tried them couple of times in past 6 months and every time their service is pathetic. Today ordered fries, tenders and a burger. Fries n tenders took 15 mins to be served. And burger took 20+ mins. And this was at non peak time of 2 pm. Hardly 2 customers in restaurant. Changing stars to 2 stars from earlier rated 4 stars, as food still taste good but poor service ruins the experience. Newest burger shop right next to Burger King. Nicely located at Reva circle. They are soft opened now. Still things are being set. Payment systems are not up, paid through UPI to number. Taste wise they rock. Loved their Cajun fries , chicken strips and mojitos.
