chapteronebar has a fresh feel to it! Beautiful ambience(the rooftop is the highlight) and fabulous food is what they offer the BEST here! The only thing that dampened my mood here was the slow service and ill management. We had to literally wait for 20 minutes just for 6 glasses of coke to be served to us when we could see that at the bar counter opposite us was only filled with commotion and not many people doing their work properly. I would ignore the slow service too only because it’s a new place and the people are a bit inexperienced over there but nonetheless, there were some waiters who made sure that the orders reached our table and always had this calming smile on their faces. The next thing that irked me was when we ordered a mocktail and the waitress said that the bar tender is apparently “exhausted” and we won’t be served any mocktails or cocktails except shooters, beers and vodkas. But one lady, and this is a special mention, APSARA, made sure that the mocktails were made for us in the next 30 minutes and she lived up to our expectations. She is the main reason why I would want to visit this place again! Brilliant customer service skills! Even if the mocktails wouldn’t have reached us, the fact that she assured us that she would somehow work this out for us without giving lame excuses that the bar tender was exhausted or not available, impressed me a lot! Good ambience and an amazing place to hangout but the service is slow, food is super spicy. And the drinks are not chilled even after reminders, Nice in collection, Private party area available, not started hookah yet. Starters’ very average. Peanut masala was spicy and paneer was a bit more salty and over fried in Ghee, Lamb was over fried, Chicken was not juicy. Music needs to be improved. Good place good food n great service. Managers n waiters are very attentive and prompt . Food was served well on time n food was tasting well too. I haven't seen any restaurant so far in bangalore where the waiters truly understand customer service n customer satisfaction . Unlike other restaurants where u have to hunt for someone to take order then keep checking for ur order this was a pleasant surprise. I hope they continue n keep this standard of service . So visited second time since had a pleasant first experience n this time too had good food good service I'm amazed that the manager n waiters are quite attentive in clearing empty plates ,giving us table after some waiting at the bar also prompt in getting water or taking next order checking from time to time if we need anything ,thumbs up. Only two things which I kinda disliked is that there was a guy who stopped us at the entrance and said we won't get a table but made us think to go or not but nevertheless we went n got a table . Secondly the music is too too loud to the point of someone hammering the base in our head the speakers are close to table n so the impact is much harsh.
