I have always been a fan of Social. But the BEL road branch was quite disappointing.

Parking: Valet available, this outlet is right at the signal, so it's difficult to find a spot for even a valet. But nevertheless there are a lot of empty streets around and it's easy to find a good parking spot.

Drinks : Good as expected and have a good amount of varieties.

Food : Very Very disappointed. The quality of the food has gone down a lot. Both veg and non veg. It's definitely not worth the money paid.

Music: Now this is where Social New BEL road felt like a local bar. They have 2 floors, an upper floor smoking zone, and lower non-smoking. The music on the upper floor is quite bearable but the lower floor is extremely loud and irritating. I read a couple of other reviews mentioning this loud music part. And it's not the music problem itself. Either their DJ doesn't know how to manage the amp settings or their speakers are indeed bad. They need to work on this.

Service: Another bummer. They had only 2 staff on the ground floor. Since their menu is digital, you need somebody to give you a PIN before you start ordering and somebody to accept the order and process once it's done. I had to ask the staff many times to look for the order placed and they'd look at the computer screen and then process it. The staff is courteous but probably the entire facility is understaffed and not used to the digital way of monitoring orders.

Overall not a good experience. Definitely not the usual Social vibes. A few suggestions Please check your music systems. It's utterly bad. Please give customers a physical copy of the menu. It's a complete let down when you choose to go digital on the menu but can't really process it. Human interaction is much better and well received. Let's not make everything digital. Be adequately staffed and be responsive.

FOOD - Achari Paneer Tikka Butter Garlic Chilli Momos: Momos dipped in butter, garlic and chilli and served with spicy dips Vada Pao Bao: The bombay vada pao, now in a pao with garlic chutney mayo and chilli pickle Pani Puri Thali: Puris made of semolina (suji), served with multiple accompaniments, sweet and sour chutney Veg Pizza Jalapeno Cheese Nads: Jalapenos with a mix of 2 cheese, crumbled and deep fried, served with sriracha chunda

SALAD: Watermelon & Feta Salad: Watermelon, feta cheese, arugula leaves and balsamic reduction

DESSERT: Layer Cake: Layers of flourless chocolate cake, dark chocolate mousse, caramel mousse, nutty chocolate mousse, served with hot chocolate ganache
